Alright place except there’s always this soured smell when you walk in the door. Most of the employees are friendly helpful and attentive but as they say “a few bad apples can spoil the whole bunch” . A couple of employees must not realize that the way they tend to the customer and their attitude can make it or break it on making Fantastic Daily tips. The food is meh… frozen then microwaved or deep fried. They really could fit a few more gambling machines as there tends to only be 1-2 machines available at any given time and on weekends usually they are full and you have to sign your name on a waiting list for the next available machine.

Richard’s is an establishment that has Oregon Lottery games. I found the cashier was pleasant. After playing for awhile I needed to use the restroom and found both unisex doors locked. I went to the cashier to inquire and was given a key attached to a plaque like they used to do with gas stations back in the 60’s and 70’s when the restroom was located ‘out back’. In these Covid days I hesitantly carried the plaque to the restroom. I found the restroom was not clean so why the use of the plaque or locked doors? Probably would score a 4 star if not for that experience.

They have amazing staff. On all shifts. They’ve always been friendly and helpful but there’s almost always a line for a lottery machine. It’s extremely rare that I can ever play there so I honestly don’t even try anymore and just opt to go somewhere else

The crew at this Richard’s is a winner. The minute I walk through the door, I’m greeted by a happy person and served a drink. At some gamble places your lucky to get a ‘ hello’ and have to chase someone down for a glass of water. Thank you to my friends at Richard’s BV on Hall St.

I ve had some of my most interesting interactions with staff and the returning patrons who like me wanna gàmble and have a free drink of water or fountain soda. I have also left RICHARD’S richer and poorer on some days. There is space to breath and . 000002 of rowdy or rude customers over the years when i lived in beaverton. Now this is just a striped down version of a juke joint. Beer/soda, food, cigs, gambling.. with space to breath, relax and hit the spin button. Some days it just what is needed to feel hope and denile that you just gambled and lost. As you go out of the doors of RICHARDS and feel the air hit ya you realize your alive and tomorrow is another day. So enjoy it rich or poor , smart payoff or going to pawn shop, your going to make it so relax. As the great book said “don’t panic.”
