It’s been serving up the community for so long.
I was around 10 or 12 when I first went to Rich & Charlie’s with my mama.
It’s where I had my first taste of toasted ravioli.
The special salad is exactly the same as I remember.
I totally loved my 10 inch thin crust Italian sausage pizza.
I miss my mom.

I have been eating in this restaurant since about 1974, so at least 50 years!! Everything is still the same. Love it. Hope they never change anything. Its perfect just the way it is!!

First the food was amazing!! Best pasta ever! love the fried cheese Just great. Our waitress was slow and not very attentive looked pissed the entire time . It was valentines and we were trying to enjoy an evening out and she kind of ruined it. Horrible with drinks and attention to our table. Not to mention the owner was a horrible crabby person yelling at the employees. Maybe why she sucked. Hoping our next time is better. The food as i said was phenomenal.

The gals and I had a lovely lunch. I ordered the famous salad with chicken and it was a hearty piece of warm chicken. Yum. I love that. My Italian margarita was also delightful. We had a responsive waitress with a good attitude. She was patient as we waited for member of our party to arrive. I do look forward to my return.

Food was served warm. Service was good. Initial visit from wait staff took pretty long. Bathroom cleanliness was okay. Prices were reasonable. Table gets a bit of free bread and certain meals come with endless salad. My meal was good and I left feeling full. Please like review if it was helpful so I know how to improve reviews

Rich and Charlie’s was a long time favorite. I’m not going to lie, I’ve been hesitant because Olive garden and Pasta House have both become microwave food at best. Back in the day, they were good too.
Rich and Charlie’s are still very good! The prices are fair for today’s economy and the quality is still very very good!
I’m happy with my choice tonight and I will return soon!

The appetizers were pretty good. I got the garlic cheese bread and although it was quite good, the garlic tasted like garlic powder and not fresh garlic cloves. The salad would have been great if it wasn’t soaked in dressing, which made all the lettuce really soggy. The main dishes were good, we had fettucini, Alfredo and lasagna. The tiramisu was very good. Our server was attentive and friendly. It was quite a bit more expensive than I remembered, but the portions are huge!

Had a great experience at this medium priced restaurant recently and my party considered the prices very fair and the portions large. The garlic cheese bread app was very good and came out hot and melty with plenty of cheese. My Chicken Emil was a very large portion and came out hot and had awesome flavor and my side choice was Fettucini, was also very good and all was still tasty when I had the leftovers the next day. Their salad has always been one of my favorites with just the right amount of dressing and was unlimited with the entre I chose. Hazel , our server, was
friendly, attentive, and professional and kept the courses coming without delays from one to the next. Paul, the Maitre’d, had the guests seated quickly, without a long wait as tables turned over at a good pace.
I hope to get back to Rich and Charlie’s soon. It is a 40 minute drive from my home but I don’t mind as the dinner was well worth
it.

As it always has… Rich & Charlie’s ROCKS!! I had a taste for some good Italian but wasn’t looking forward to driving to the Hill.. light bulb! ..I hadn’t been to R&Cs since the 70s, took a chance and Googled it, and… there it was, still right where we left it. The food was done in less than a half hour, the atmosphere inside was exactly as wonderful as it was 50 years ago. Just as delicious as any of the greats on the Hill and only 15 minutes away. Thank you for hanging in there and keeping it awesome.
