DELICIOUS FOOD! HUGE PORTIONS! We ordered the sesame chicken, combination fried rice, egg rolls and crab ragoons with egg drop soup. Delicious

Wrong order AGAIN! Ordered orange chicken, e13. Received sesame chicken. I was specifically asked if I wanted sauce for the egg rolls. None was put in the bag. Then has me sign a receipt with a tip section in the drive thru! The nerve!
Edit: As I began to eat the sesame chicken there were parts of the chicken that were still frozen and uncooked! Good Lord stay away from this place!
Update: 3/3/2026, I spoke to the manager over the phone. They told me to come back in and they would refund the order. I saved the food that was not eaten, and took it back. INSTEAD OF REFUNDING THE ORDER LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD, THEY PULLED UP MY REVIEW IN THE MIDDLE OF A FULL LOBBY AND ACCUSED ME OF BEING A LIAR! They said if I wanted my money back then I would need to file a dispute with my credit card company.
Dispute filed, review written. Do yourself favor and stay away from this place!

First time at Rice Xpress! The food was nice and hot delicious tasty more than enough for the value of the meal. I recommend this place to anyone in the area.
It reminds me of being in Florida when I had a favorite Chinese restaurant. I went to Rice Xpress and I’m glad I did, because the food was delicious. I forgot to mention the food is prepared after you order it. I think I sat down not even seven minutes and my food was coming out to me. Love it love it. Try it out. You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve always eaten the Veggie Mongolian(Extra Spicy) & it is good but the last two times I’ve been here this month is the reason behind this review! OMG it tastes too good now! I am amazed!

Clean place, has TVs, can order to go, everyone is nice.

The bad:
The food is ok. Tasteless but sweet. I ordered the E14 (General Tso’s Chicken). It had no flavor other than being sweet. Was expecting some flavor but none. It was heavily breaded, which is not good.
I wouldn’t call this Chinese or Asian food. Tastes like some American fusion with Mexican influence in cooking it. Which basically equates to bland food, which is was.
If you like that style or flavor, go for it, but to me, this was very disappointing.

Very much enjoyed my meal here. I had the sesame chicken with steamed rice and the crab Rangoon. Husband had the lo mein with chicken. Mine was flavorful and extra crispy on the outside which is exactly what I expect with the order but other restaurants often miss. The crab Rangoon were also crispy and delicious. It’s conveniently located on my way to grocery shop but I’d definitely come back here for something more authentic than panda. Yum!
