Rice wok used to be a go-to of ours but feels like it has gone downhill. The prices went up, (the prices are still not awful comparatively to other Chinese places) and the quality of the food seems to have gone down. The service is always quick though.
The past couple times getting the Lo Mein it seems like the noodles are lower quality and taste more bland. It’s not a bad dish, just not as good as it used to be.
This was our first time getting the sweet and sour chicken and we will definitely not be getting that again. The chicken itself was bland. The batter was bland. The sauce needed vinegar or anything to make it “sour”.
I’ve heard that the owners are in charge of Asahi, which is next door, (not sure how true that is…) but if so, that place is 100% a recommendation of ours.

I showed up late on Christmas Eve and they were absolutely swamped. Despite this, they were kind and helpful. The prices were great and the food was awesome. The shrimp tempura and fried rice were my favorite! Glad to have a regular place to go in Orem. 🙂

Help the paying customer at the window first. I was made to wait through 2 phone orders before I was able to pay and pickup my order that was ready. You had 2 people working up front, one of them should be helping the customer with money in hand waiting to pay!

Always fast. Always friendly. Take a menu home and order using the menu item number, it goes really fast. Their time estimate is usually long so you can go in before the full 20 minutes or so and your food will most likely be ready. It is on the east side of the street. Portion sizes are pretty big for how much you pay. I recommend this place for fast, plentiful, non-gourmet Chinese food. See my pictures of what we ordered.

Came here on a whim as my wife and I were driving down State Street in Orem.
LOCATION – 5
They actually have a great location there in Orem on State Street, however, it can be real easy to miss if you’re not looking or using a GPS. It’s found inside a strip mall.
PRICE – 5
I found their prices comparable to other Chinese Food. I think in the end the plate I ordered was $7.25 (Lemon Chicken).
PRODUCT/SERVICE – 4
I ordered the Lemon Chicken dish with fried rice. I did order it to go. My wife ordered a Walnut Shrimp and for our daughter we ordered the Sweet N’ Sour Chicken. They were all good. The one thing that I found interesting was the cashier told me that Lemon Chicken is made with Sunny D, and as I ate the Lemon Chicken, I could really taste the Sunny D.

There are probably some pointers, but don’t know what they would be.

Great American Chinese food at decent prices. The food is cooked to order, is fast, and the restaurant was very clean. There is not much room for dining in, 10 high top seats and a table with 8 chairs.

Stopped in for the first time. They serve your typical Chinese takeout menu. I ordered the Orange Chicken and paid extra for the Lo Mein. The food was really good. The noodles were a little thinner than I prefer, but overall I was satisfied. The food was cooked fresh and was a large portion size.
