What elevates the whole experience, though, is the owner, Bryan. He’s the heart and soul of the place—always greeting you with a genuine smile, chatting about the day’s specials, and making sure everything’s spot-on. His passion for authentic Thai flavors (with a welcoming twist) comes through in every detail, from the cozy, vibrant decor to the impeccable service. It’s not just a meal; it’s a warm, hospitable vibe that keeps us coming back.
If you’re in the mood for Thai that’s flavorful, fresh, and full of personality, Rice Thai Bistro is a must. Five stars all the way—don’t sleep on this spot!
It’s a cute place with good food (the vegetable won tons were like nothing I ever had and were delicious). If you go with someone who has been there I think it will be easier to understand the process.
Food tastes okay. Nothing to rave about. It is edible. Not for families or larger groups of 4+. Not great service. Tables are sticky and its very dark. None of the “thai hospitality” at all.
Pad basil, salt & pepper tofu, wontons, spring rolls were all awesome. Panang curry was little watery but still had flavors.
Qty is less compared to other thai restaurant but flavors are exceptional. Will come again for sure. Try dine in only as to go orders becomes soggy.
Appetizers:
-salt&pepper squid 10/10 — a little spicy, flavorful but kinda salty to eat by itself. So don’t forget to squeeze a little bit of lime on top to balance out the flavor
-moo ping 10/10— it’s a Thai style pork skewers. Meat was tender and flavorful. Served with very moist and soft sticky rice and dipping sauce.
Entrée:
– Panang curry (chicken) 9/10- I expected a thick and rich sauce but panang curry here is a bit soupy. Curry is flavorful with earthy lime flavor from the Kaffir lime leaf
– Tom yum noodles soup 10/10 – Rice noodles with simple toppings (fish cake, fish ball, ground pork). The broth was absolutely mouth watering flavorful
– Pad Thai (chicken) 9/10- noodles was perfectly cooked and tasty, but chicken was a bit dry. Next time I will get shrimp instead.
Drink – Thai lime tea 10/10
Highly recommend and I”ll definitely come back!
