I’ve gone here quite a few times and the food is great but the service is terrible for how high the prices are. Do not order online because they won’t even start the order until you get there 30 minutes later. Then the little girl at the cash register will just act like it’s no big deal. You charge almost 20 dollars for a large cheese pizza and 17 dollars for a burrito. Let’s at least make the service match the high prices here. And last thing, if you are going to let family work for you at least make sure they’re competent at their job please.

**UPDATE** ROBBED BY Riccas. On 10/29/2025 I purchased 1 large cheese pizza, 1 large pepperoni pizza, and 2 orders of chips and queso. I was already blown away by the $56.00 total but even more so when I woke up the next day to RICCAS $67.20 charge to my card. Despite both my receipts showing the $56.00 total, they TOOK more. My daughter gave them a $20 tip when we picked up the food. So in all Riccas took $97.20 for food I wouldn’t serve to a prison. So if you’re looking to get robbed for below prison quality food then by all means Riccas is the place.
I’m a regular and I’m just gonna say it. This place is the closest pizza to Louie’s pizza in Rehoboth, without having to endure the tourists to get to. Now granted, it’s been a minute since I was last at Louie’s Pizza so I’m talkin’ back in the 90s Louie’s. For those who KNOW, KNOW this is a compliment.

I ordered a cheesesteak and chicken fingers and fries. The delivery guy calls me when he gets here. Except he wasn’t here he was at a whole different building. I told him I was out front of my job and didn’t see him. He hung up on me 4x. I call the restaurant to let them know he dropped my food off at the wrong place. Mind you, he hands my food to someone else who wasn’t me or anyone I knew. And just leaves my food with them. The lady at the restaurant tells me that they would remake my order because it’s been an hour and I still have not recieved my food. So instead of making it right and making new order the delivery guy picks up my old order from wherever he dropped it off and God only knows who’s hands it’s been it or what they could have done to my food. And brings it back to my job and drops it off. The restaurant refused to make a new order and refused a refund. Order from them all the time. I will never return to this restaurant!

Used to be best place to get a cheesesteak sub in Milford BUT based on yesterday’s experience, this is no longer true! Ordered two whole subs and was surprised when I got them home that they had half the amount of meat on them. Ingredients were only enough for half a sub AND prices had gone up! That’s it for me unless I can be guaranteed the quality and amount of steak that was on the previous steak subs!!!

Me and my friend came in here and ordered the chicken quesadilla with rice & beans on the side for us to share and the Arrachera tacos, everything was the perfect portion size, reasonably priced, and absolutely delicious! the service was great, will be coming back!!

I used to love this place and they are on the decline! Every time i put special instructions they don’t follow it. If i ask for extra sauce for anything they don’t send it. I ordered a pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese. I guess the extra cheese caused them to put one pepperoni per slice. Another time i ordered, i for shrimp Alfredo, the shrimp had the whole shell all over them not just the tail. Ridiculous! Get it together! Sad it’s the only place that delivers to me.

If I could gave a 0 star review I would have. We ordered a lg. pizza with green peppers and extra cheese, online. picked it up, got home and there was extraordinarily little, I mean not much cheese at all. I called Ricca’s and a lady answered the phone. I explained what I was calling about and she said I was lying. Now why would I waste my time calling if I was lying? I didn’t want anything from this complaint other then an apology and or an acknoledgment. Needless to say I will be getting our pizza from some place else.

First of all the prices online does not match what they charge you. I ordered a plain large NY style pizza and an order of 10 piece wings and it was $30. The lady at the front was RUDE when I asked about the price difference on their website menu which was would’ve been $20 not $30. Im not one to confront people so I just paid it and went about my way. As someone originally from the Jersey area, I’ve had my fair share of pizza and some good ones in Delaware but this place has got to be one of the worst. There was barely any cheese on the pizza and the crust was legitimately thin cardboard. If you took a piece of paper and cooked in the oven, it would taste better. The wings were semi decent however between the customer service and pizza, I would avoid this place at all costs.

This was the 2nd time ordering from here, last time was a few pizzas & fries. Both were delicious, I’m originally from Rhode Island so finding good pizza has been a challenge. This time my family got a meatlovers & veggie stromboli & I got the chicken parm, zucchini fries & muscles in the red sauce & all of it was absolutely delicious not overly priced, gave great size portions. Definitely will order again
