Rib crib, is a so so chain when it comes to bbq. I grew up on Texas bbq and smoked my own meats for 15 plus years, so none of the chains impress me on quality of food. My spouse was wanting ribs and they were near us, so we went there. I’d prefer the roadside stands over the chains. I did like Knotty Pig, but sadly they have closed. To Rib Crib management, service was good, but table was sticky and so were your condiment holders on the table. Do better at watching and training your people to clean. And work on your BBQ quality. I realize it’s that way cause of volume and costing to menu price, but figure something out without raising the customer price. Bbq is already very expensive, you could price yourself out of the market, or continue to deliver on mediocre quality to your customer base. To the owner, it was not a great experience, you missed the take away cause your 3/4/4 rating =4ish. Clean your restaurant and improve your food quality. I was trying to be nice on the score & cause you to miss the point of the review.

Upon arriving to Oklahoma for Spring Break, I kept seeing these restaurants. Being the carnivore family we are, after visiting The Outsiders museum house, I said The Rib Crib it is for us. This location has plenty of parking space. We were greeted in a nice friendly way and seated. As you enter, you can find the unisex clean restrooms. It was lunch time and the kids ordered off the lunch special. We mainly ordered pork ribs and brisket. The food arrived quickly and our server was extra nice. The ribs had no smoke, rub taste. The BBQ sauce had a semi enhancing flavor. The okra had a slight greese taste but fries were good. Wife had ribs and pulled pork baked potato but she had to add BBQ sauce for flavor. The cost was $71 plus tip which was not worth it. The customer service was A+ food quality at that price I’d rather stay in my crib.

Honestly terrible service, Waited at the host booth for a full five minutes to be seated while multiple people walked past making eye contact. finally got seated but he disappeared before we could get appetizers or drinks.

I ordered three different types of meat by the pound and multiple sides. It was for a Christmas party. There were no leftovers.

Looking for a place for a late lunch and chose this RibCrib and we were glad we did. We were greeted with a friendly welcome and shown to our table. The waitress was very nice and helpful. I ordered the three rib dinner with beans and onion rings. My wife chose the super spud with the works topped with smoked brisket and bacon along with cheese butter and sour cream. Both meals were hot, and properly seasoned. The ribs were tender and I used a little original BBQ sauce. The beans were delicious and the onion rings were crispy and the texture of the onion was perfect. My wife is an expert when it comes to baked potatoes and came away saying this was the best baked potato she had in quite a long time. The butter and sour cream was worked throughout the potato and not overly salted with sea salt on the skin. The meat was well seasoned and the potato was very large making a complete meal. Overall the meal, service, and atmosphere was excellent.

The food wasn’t what I had hoped for. The pork was decent but the ribs weren’t that great, not much meat on the bones, and the brisket was dry. The beans and okra were great.

Hubby was adamant on sending back the ribs if they were dry as we’ve visited plenty with old dried out ribs and he wasn’t having it this time. Thankfully Rib Crib delivered a tasty dinner and all was good!

we ordered the 3 meat deals & not only were charged 3.00 extra for brisket, but the meats were dry, had no smoke flavor at all & the coleslaw & potato salad were not good either. we were horribly disappointed ☹️ the only good there was the service of the young lady at the front.
