Omg. Amazing ribs. Several different offerings of bbq sauce, all were very good. Service was outstanding. My waitress was on top of it. Checked on me several times. Definately won’t be disappointed. This place is awesome! Great atmosphere! It’s got a bar with a TV, but it’s not overwhelming. Volume was at a respectful level. The walls were decorated, but not outlandish.
The food was excellent! The flavors blended well with good portions. I had the chicken, brisket and pulled pork. I would recommend it to everyone!
The best part was I had the perfect server! Ms. Rachel never let my glass get below a quarter full. She has an easy smile, a great sense of humor, she listens intently and I believe she offered perfect service. She was taking care of a lot of tables and never seemed to miss a beat.
Given the opportunity, I will go here anytime I’m in Tulsa! This was a much better choice than I expected. Thank you for the awesome food and service!

Such a disappointment. The brisket was dry as dust and about as tasty as cardboard. The restaurant was empty save for 2 other tables at 4pm. The staff seemed irritated, and were neither helpful or polite. In addition to the decrease in food quality, they have also raised their prices. I WILL NOT RETURN TO, OR RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. Go to Billy Sims BBQ If you want good barbecue.

The manager at this location is useless imo. No people skills, no followup or follow through. Our server was amazing! Apologetic as our brisket was served cold. We asked for it to heated up. However, when they heated it up, they also heated up our pickles and our bread, which now made the bread soggy and our pickles hot. No common sense. The manager couldn’t explain what happened and why it was served cold. The server then compted our meal. What a gong show!
The manager didn’t appear again. That’s not management. I used to be a restaurant manager. You take accountability and make it right! He hid and sent our server out. We won’t be back!

My bf and I stopped by this Rib Crib because it’s conveniently located right off i44 and we were starving on our way to MO from Oklahoma City.
My guy ordered the Flying Pig with coleslaw and potato salad. The meats were absolutely delicious and the turkey was probably the best I’ve ever had. However the coleslaw and potato salad were not in the same playing field. The coleslaw had little to no sauce so it’s like eating coleslaw with pepper. The potato salad may have come from Walmart. I’m not sure.
I ordered a chopped brisket sandwich with a bun and a side salad and homemade chips. The brisket was tender and tasty, but WAY TOO GREASY. It was kinda gross . The side salad came with ranch and fried strips of tortillas. It was delicious. The fried potato chips were cooked perfectly, but had no flavor. I actually had to add salt.
All in all, the food was good but not great and the service wonderful, and the place was spotless.

The food at Rib Crib is fabulous! Ribs are tender and sliced brisket is tender. My family also had bologna, and sausage. The okra was very good and the coleslaw was very good, too. Service was great! We ate outside because we brought our dog. Our server even got our dog some water. We had a wonderful dining experience!

Very disappointed in our dine in experience 8/16, 1 waiter/hostesses for the entire restaurant. Restroom had roaches. Food looked like it had set out for awhile, food was over cooked. Cobwebs on the light fixtures above the tables that even connected to the wall that was 2 feet away. I would recommend, and will drive the extra distance to go to the Sapulpa Rib Crib.
