Let me start by saying I love RibCrib and have been to several locations. On this visit, the service was great and most of the food was good except the brisket. The brisket was so dry my wife and I had trouble swallowing it. This old dried out brisket should never have been served to anyone. Our server did talk to the people preparing the food and brought us out a small sampling of fresh brisket, which was cooked perfect, but it didn’t replace what we ordered.

Friendly staff. Service was good. Pulled pork was almost cold but tasted good. Not much meat on the ribs but ok if you just wanted a small snack or taste. Fries were good. Coleslaw was too bland for me. We were there for a rib dinner.

Rib Crib Is one of our favorite restaurants. It’s in a great location and the prices are decent also. The staff is great no matter who you get. I only gave five stars because the menu seems to change often. I always order the same thing and then a couple months later, it’s off the menu. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

I love this place. However, tonight was such a disappointment. We went as a group, which I understand can be trying to staff and the kitchen. We arrived around 7:30 pm and were seated. Before we could order, we were informed that they were almost out of ribs, and we understand that happens. The food arrived disjointedly, which again is expected with a group. I was not prepared for extremely stale chips, brisket that tasted off, and coleslaw that was not tasty. I have been here many times before, and this is unfortunately not up to their usual standards. It’s not the staff. Those folks were working their butts off. I hope it’s better next time.

Made a take out order for dinner of some chopped and sliced brisket. Very disappointing food quality. I’m not sure I have ever had brisket as dry as what we were served. Both the chopped and sliced were so dry they were difficult to eat without a bunch of sauce and something to drink to wash it down.

I have an eating disorder, its only made worse by the fact I also have texture issues. I can really only eat French fries when I go out, and I need them to be crispy. I specifically ask for my fries to be cooked for an extra 2-3 minutes because this gets them the texture I like. 20 minutes waiting on fries and my request was disregarded completely. I know they will be approaching burnt, but I like them to crunch, not be soft and floppy when I get home. Its getting to the point its a waste of money to go because my food won’t be right anyway.

Ordered the 3-bone basket which comes with 3 ribs, 2 sides(potato salad and fries in my case) anf a toast. Instead of the dry ribs, I tried the sweet and wet ribs this time. Flavor wise, it is just average.

Brisket terrible. Overcooked and so dry almost choked. Seriously. Fries were fresh. So embarrassed as I was was treating a friend to lunch. Next time we’ll go to Oklahoma Joe’s.
