I went here as a birthday surprise from my kids and ordered my food to go — it was absolutely amazing! Everything was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The staff was kind, and the whole place had such a warm, family-oriented vibe. Since it was my birthday, I also got to choose a dessert, which was the perfect sweet touch.

I happened to be next door at Kia getting an oil change and noticed this bbq joint next door, walked over and was greeted by a kind young lady by the name of Alana S, she was amazing and fast. She answered all of my questions and even recommended a few meats to try. The food was smokin hot, tender and delicious. I would definitely recommend this place. Every time I visit Kia, I will be paying RibCrib a visit.

Our server, didn’t get his name, was so attentive and made sure we had every need met during our visit! We commented to each other how we felt so catered to! One of the best visits to. Rib Crib in years!!

Our first waitress was not in a good mood when she found we had a party of 7. This included 5 adults a 12 year old and a 6 year old. She sent us over to an area that was not set up for 7 and was upset about getting it ready .. She asked another waitress to take our table along The second waitress already had been waiting on.. The second waitress ran her but off trying to take care of all the tables she did a good job and had a great attitude about the whole situation! The food was good but we felt bad for the waitress whom was taking care of all these tables while the other just stood around. Sadly we will not return to this location because of the way we were treated.. We did tip the second waitress well!!

We literally had the place to ourselves because it was so cold out. So we had 1st class service. I wished they had options for the vegetarian but then again why would it be called Rib Crib?
It was a high school get together but only a couple of us showed up. We would have gone somewhere else because of our dietary needs. Decided to stay just in case we had late comers show up.

I got the burger with the brisket on it and it was good. Onion rings are good. Wife got brisket slices and fries but the brisket was so dry, looked like it was from the day before setting under a heat lamp. Couldn’t even eat it all.
