The ribs have unpleasant pork smell and dry. Texture was O.K. though. Maybe old ones are provided for to-go customer? Side dishes are fine. So sad and disappointed. I will not go back.

I ate in here early on a Friday evening. Bree was my server and she was very nice as well as efficient. The Coors Light was ice cold and the Baby Back ribs were fall off the bone delicious. The BBQ baked beans were particularly good also. I had a very pleasant experience here.

If you are lucky enough to be served by waiter Jordan you will be blessed! Management he deserves a raise! Its been a long time I’ve experienced such attentiveness, and seen such a hard worker. I didn’t say I need more water he noticed and brought it. Jordan was courteous and friendly and very attentive to all the patrons. He was the best part of our experience at Rib City. His recommendations were spot on and when we go back I am asking to be served by Jordan.

I found this to just be okay. The sliced beef I’m guessing is from a pressed roll, nothing like a typical brisket. The chicken was pretty good and their version of a sloppy joe was probably the best thing we tried. The coleslaw was very good, the green beans were meh. I would try the place again however and try the ribs. The sauces were good, I especially liked mixing the sweet and the hot.

Although the food tasted great, the mac and cheese made me sick for five days. Of the four of us, I was the only one that ate the mac & and cheese, and it was the only food I ate all day. I would not recommend this place!
