First I was greeted with such a friendly smile and a warm and welcoming greeting by Rialto’s supervisor, Tairel. He made sure to ask me how I like my pizza and accommodated my requests. I felt like I wasn’t ordering a pizza; I was ordering an experience! The restaurant is very clean and newly renovated. Very comfortable seating. Tairel made a point of remembering my name. Then the owner, Roberto came out to greet me and we spent a few moments talking while I was waiting for my order. I had the impression that each and every customer matters, and they go above and beyond to ensure every patron is satisfied. Then my pizza was served. Wowow!!! If I thought the service was great, the quality and freshness of their pizza is unmatched! A delicious pizza with plenty of very fresh vegetables and a delicate and homemade sauce. The crust was crispy and delicious! It wasn’t heavy or greasy at all. I didn’t feel stuffed or weighed down. I walked out feeling good! I will definitely be returning. This is my new go to for quality pizza and superb service!

UPDATE: once again used Grub Hub, this time ordered – small 1/2 mushroom and gyro, 1/2 pineapple and jalapeño. However they put pepperoni on it instead of pineapple. Receipt showed pineapple but someone must have misread. Disappointing, because I was thinking about this pizza place all day while working at PITT. 🙁 also tried the spaghetti, which was good.

Used Grub Hub to have a 16 inch pizza delivered. Went with my usual pizza order when I’m staying in a hotel, 1/2 lite cheese, 1/2 pineapple & jalapeño, lite cheese, well-done. This pizza was excellent. Maybe the best in the downtown/Oakland area of Pittsburgh that I’ve had. Crust was perfect, chewy, yet crisp. Right amount of toppings.

Every time I visit family in Pittsburgh, we always make it a point to eat at Rialto’s. I was pleasantly surprised to see all the improvements the new managers have made while keeping the quality of food just as delicious. Highly recommend!

stopped in for takeout during a busy rush, but the service was still outstanding. I was helped by Melissa who was attentive and very pleasant despite the crowd. I ordered the steak hoagie and the Italian hoagie, and both were fantastic. If you want a delicious hoagie, this is definitely the place to go! I have yet to try the pizza!

The food is always so good but my favorite is the steak rolls. Katie is so kind and helpful. Last time I ordered the steak rolls she suggested dipping them in your Italian dressing and that made them amazing. Thank you Katie for the great tip and always being so sweet.

I have been to Rialto twice and it has always been a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and attentive to customers, and I have always felt happy with the service they provide. I highly recommend trying the Rialto House and Meat Deluxe pizzas, the amount of ingredients, how fresh they taste, and the portion sizes are totally worth. It is without a doubt one of the best pizzas in Pittsburgh, they have a cozy and family friendly dining room, perfect for spending time with friends and family.
