This is my second time giving this place a chance. The first time the food was pretty good but the wings were extremely little. When I talked to the manager her responded “yeah we used a different vendor this time, they are pretty small” he didn’t try to offer any concession for it just agreed and moved on. I thought that wasn’t really customer focused but I let it go. Yesterday, my husband and I went back. It was a nice crowd but not overly crowded considering it was vday. The hostess told us that they can sit is at the bar. This was where I sat the last time so that wasn’t an issue. The issue was my husband sat at the bar for at least five mins without even being greeted. The bartender continue to walk from end of the bar and said nothing. She even picked up a paid tab that was right on from of us and still said nothing

I leave reviews on most places My husband and/or myself visit. I am completely honest in my reviews, as good service should be rewarded and bad service exposed when spending your.money.
We had date night wed around 6/630 we were seated immediately.
We were 100% satisfied with service from the bartender to the waitress to the drinks to the food.
I don’t mind waiting on fresh food, which was delicious. The wait was no longer than usual. Drinks were spot on. Our waitress and the bar tender stayed on point and continously checked in with us to make sure we were okay.
Others experiences are what they are but we loved it and recommend this restaurant, and will be back.
Owner was present that night we introduced ourselves and expressed our gratitude for our experience. Thank.you

I had an amazing experience here so good that I actually went two nights in a row! The first night, I went with a friend just to grab a couple of drinks and we ended up ordering wings too. From the moment we walked in the staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone introduced themselves, they were friendly, and the energy was just genuine. It wasn’t anything over the top or flashy it was simply great people, good music, and an inviting atmosphere.
The vibe was chill, the drinks were great, and the wings were delicious. The next day I went back for food to go and they even remembered me! That small gesture made me feel special and showed how much they value their customers.
This is such a cute spot and truly a hidden gem. I’ve driven past it countless times without realizing what I was missing. I’ll definitely be back again soon!

Babies… when I tell you that they rose to the challenge… oh my! The grits… a masterpiece with their own unique touch. The wings, catfish and fried green tomatoes were seasoned and cooked to perfection. Service was top-notch. I had to acknowledge the cook’s excellence… where is he! !? Meet Mike… the visionary cook. Yeeeesss… he’s at Soldiers Field, Head Chef for a popular chain and here. Humble and made our bellies sing.

I called at 9pm and ask what time the kitchen closed and I was told at 10pm. I travelled from Chicago Heights and made it at 9:29 and they told me the kitchen closed at 9:30. Like I just travelled all these miles for nothing. I’m totally upset and I know Marty owns this establishment and I’m pissed for them lying to me over the phone and just for that reason I’ll never be back even though I’ve eaten here numerous times and I be sure none of my friends support this business again for the inconvenience of my time and my gas and I had a party of 5 got me looking totally embarrassed

Not enough seating, bartender was inexperienced and rude (under poored my drink)! Management was not kind, professional or approachable (especially the GM(! It just wasn’t my cup of tea. I would’ve thought it being in Forest Park it would’ve been a bit more nicer. The fact that security is outside patting people down (tells me all i need to know). Also, the ventilation sucked! I walked out smelling like fired food! The prices were reasonable and the food was just alright.
