Visited on January 2, 2026 ~12:15pm for a Cuban Sandwich. The chef personally came out from the kitchen to explain the pork for the cuban was not yet finished, BUT if I agreed He would prepare an equally tasty sandwich. A short time later, an amazingly tasty chicken cuban was presented. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and the bread fresh!
My companion ordered the Pan con Bistec – awesome! The sandwiches were delicious. They are large, so we both took half home with an order of churros. The reheats were equally delicious and the churros were yummy goodness!
Our server, Mya and the chef were super friendly and so kind.
We will return.

First time visiting Rhumba’s. Great setting for a couple or group. Highly recommended the Cuban sandwich. I do feel that $7.00 for some French fries was a little steep.

I’ve been here about five times now, and there hasn’t been a single thing I didn’t love. The food and drinks are both delicious and unique every time. I would highly recommend this spot for lunch, date night, or a ladies’ night out. Tuesdays are especially great with $2 tacos and $10 margaritas—an amazing deal that definitely won’t disappoint!

Ok. The point here is that THE OWNERS ARE CUBAN. Therefore, the Cuban food is legit. Like OMG, delicious. The owners are beyond wonderful. The service is beyond wonderful. The food is.. just get the Cuban sandwich and a side of sweet plantains, and you will know what real Cubans eat!!!

I first want to say that I love the atmosphere here and the selection of food and drinks. I normally don’t leave reviews even if I have an issue with establishment. Unfortunately, I needed to express my concern in this matter to inform others to be mindful when choosing the Seafood Paella for $95, which they do not disclose when placing your order. Which should have been the first red flag. I have had great quality seafood Paella that average price is $30 to $50, and it comes with more filling of seafood and a taste that is unmatched compared to what Rhumba is providing. I am a really big fan of Paella and understand the time it takes to prepare the meal, seeing that Im a chef myself, but the price point is way off. I travel many places from Cartagena Columbia to San Juan Puerto and more and have experienced some of the best Paella ever. Even in the States. For example, the Bulla Gastro Bar in Charlotte Seafood Paella ranges from $32 to $41. Hacienda in Atlanta seafood Paella, come with fish, shrimp, lobster, calamari, and more for only $32, and I promise you want be disappointed. Rhumba has the right to charge whatever they feel to maintain business or to present a particular standard of business. However, that does not mean that your price point is associated with quality food. This does not take away from the wonderful atmosphere that Rhumba provides, but I recommend not trying the seafood Paella, especially if you know what good fulfilling Seafood Paella is. $95 would be no issue if the taste and filling of seafood were associated with that.

We dined here a few weeks ago for the first time. First, the waiter and bartender were superb! Very attentive and the drinks were on par! The owners are also so welcoming! I highly recommend the beef empanadas and the lamb chops. The bacon bites were ok. If you like a crisp with a hint of lemon, you will love them but I personally would like more flavor. This place is perfect for a date night or ladies night out. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely fantastic experience! The food is incredible—the tomahawk steak is a must-try and perfect for sharing on date night. The drinks are top-notch, especially the rum-inspired cocktails, which are creative and delicious.
The back patio is a hidden gem with covered seating and heat lamps in the winter, making it the perfect spot to enjoy dinner and a cigar. They also have a great cigar selection available for purchase.
If you’re looking for amazing food, outstanding drinks, and a relaxed, upscale vibe, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our experience at this Cuban inspired tapas and cigar lounge! From the moment we walked in, the vibrant atmosphere and welcoming staff set the tone for a fantastic evening. The tapas selection was delicious, bursting with authentic flavors that transported us to Havana. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. We tried the ham croquettes, the empanadas and the shrimp. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who made sure every need was met. Overall, a delightful dining experience that we can’t wait to repeat. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a taste of Cuba right in the heart of Aiken.

I can’t say enough about Rhumba rum & cigar lounge. Not only is the food and cocktails delicious, but the restaurant itself is gorgeous. Great location for date night , ladies night to family night, you will not be disappointed. In addition, they host weekly events such as ladies night, wine tasting, live bands, DJ’s and more. This place is classy! I love the decor and the food is beyond delicious! I had shrimp tacos with a sauce that was so delicious. Vegetable toppings were fresh and the grilled shrimp so good. Reasonably priced for the quality of food and preparation. My friend who is an avid coffee drinker had a sweet expresso that was impressive! It smelled so good!! We both agreed the tacos were the best we have had! I can’t express what a gem this restaurant is! I will definitely be back!!
