Very cute atmosphere & decor. One of the prettiest rooftop restaurants I have been to. Came for breakfast on my birthday & my boyfriend, and I loved it. The truffle fries are 10/10!! However, the avocado toast was not my favorite. Too much avocado was on the toast, and the toast was way to hard to bite into! Other than that, the service was spectacular! Definitely, will come back for the vibes & fries!

We visited on Valentines Day, its expected to be overcrowded and busy. However, that doesnt excuse the level of service we received. Our waiter was nice, kind and respectful. He just wasnt very attentive and disappeared a lot. We ordered appetizers, by the time he came back to to table to take out drink order, he asked us did we want to order an appetizer, to which we had to remind him that he had already taken that order from us. Oversight? Maybe.
After we ordered our meal, he had lamb chops, I had the roast chicken, we waited over 45 minutes for the food, with no sign of our waiter Elijah, who seems to be an invisible man. Finally, the food arrived. Omg. I cant even make this up… the lamb chops were burnt crisp and the chicken was hard. Our waiter did address this with the manager, dark man with dreds, who never came to our table. Our waiter came back and said they will remake the food and give us complementary cookies. (Insert straight face ) Id never visit again. The remade food was better, but the level of service we received and the awful first round of food, says we aren’t welcome.

Atmosphere is the one fantastic thing I had at RH. This was my 3 year anniversary with my girlfriend and I have had a reservation booked for 2 months at this point. Safe to say I wont be going back. All servers were very nice and polite and the atmosphere and vibe were immaculate. But the food on its own was very mediocre for the price. We started with the Prosciutto Board and it was all basic stuff we could get at Aldi for $10. It was $26 and totally not worth it. The drinks were ok but the food was boring and bland for the price. The service was ok but we barely saw him. I got a lobster roll and my girlfriend got a chicken club and it was all very mediocre at best. Nothing that blew my mind or tasted unique. And for our anniversary that was reminded to us multiple times while we were there we expected a slice of cake or something small but nothing. This did not feel like a fine dining restaurant more like a regular restaurant with a fancy skin to sell an illusion. Prices are outrageous for the quality of food and it was very hard to hear each other. In total I spent $180 and I could have gotten the same for a quarter of the price at a mom and pop shop and it would have been better. Again decent if you want a good vibe but don’t go if you want something thats going to keep you coming back.

Jasmine/Jaz was perfect!! I loved everything about her.. service, recommendations, eye to detail and even her conversation. I would hire her today!! We came here for our 17th wedding anniversary and it was a great choice. My husband loved everything about this place from the 3 level tour to the great brunch menu and champagne selections! We even found 3 pieces of furniture that we decided to order!! We will most definitely return the next time we’re in Jacksonville!!

Amazing ambiance! We visited for a birthday brunch and had an excellent experience. The rooftop views were absolutely beautiful. We ordered the Charred Broccolini, Italian Benedict and the American Breakfast—both were flavorful and delicious!
Highly recommend the RH Bellini—my husband even ordered his own after starting with a Mimosa because it was that good. We finished with strawberries and cream, along with a complimentary chocolate chip cookie topped with a candle.

Perfect sunset while having some drinks! RH rooftop restaurants never failto impress. We have been to the one in NY so we had to check this location too. We went after an early dinner and absolutely enjoyed the ambiance. Just had dessert, and drinks. Will go back.

We had reservations (to celebrate my birthday) and it was nice to be immediately seated upon arrival, however, we watched 2 others waiter/waitress attend to people that were seated AFTER us and we were just sitting waiting to simply place a drink order.
It felt very unwelcoming!
It wasn’t very busy and they appeared to be fully staffed yet we felt like a forgotten table because we watched everyone else get refills and proper service while our waitress would walk by and just look at us. I had to ask another waiter for a refill on my drink.
The food was most certainly not worth the price, it was either bland or burnt and my overall experience was much less than satisfactory. The presentation of the food was nice and the restaurant is aesthetically pleasing. However, I was extremely regretful that we didn’t go to Capital Grille for celebrate my birthday.
Oh… they gave me a free cookie and a candle.. unfortunately the cookie was not good at all. I was able to taste baking soda

Stop reading this review and schedule a visit. You can thank me later. The rooftop atmosphere, the vibe, the food, and service is superb!! I love RH brand and anytime I’m near one- I visit. Now you go for the food and the experience. This solo visit I spent about 140 w/tip and worth it!! You deserve nice things, so make the plans. Weekends may require reservations.

RH Rooftop Restaurant absolutely blew us away. Hands down the best gourmet burger I’ve had. Cooked perfectly, rich, and full of flavor. The truffle fries are worth every penny and then some.
My wife and I went for lunch, and from the moment we stepped onto the rooftop, it felt like we were transported into a garden in another country. The atmosphere is elegant, peaceful, and effortlessly beautiful, a perfect escape from the everyday.
Incredible food, unforgettable ambiance, and a place we will definitely be coming back to again.

The food was delicious. Steak was cooked perfectly. I highly recommend the steak with peppercorn sauce. The service was wonderful and professional. The reason I’m not giving 5 stars was because they forgot our cookies that were supposed to be given as a surprise for our valentine day dinner. We got them after I had to say something. I’m glad they didn’t charge us for the inconvenience. We definitely will be back
