I’d been coming to RF Nutrition for years; every single morning before high school back when they were located in the south main plaza, and it’s been quite some time since then, to say the least.
I am absolutely pleased to say that they are still amazingly friendly, caring, and their drinks are absolutely DELICIOUS! I’m so excited that I’ve decided to visit them today and will gladly be doing so far more frequently.
Their menu is very very very expansive, and they have so many options, so there’s bound to be multiple things that you’ll enjoy! Perfect for changing it up here and there!! 🙂 I highly recommend coming here, there’s no place in town like it.

Love this place! The owner is super friendly and the drinks/shakes are amazing. My coworkers and I get stuff from here multiple times a week. Highly recommend! Personal favorite is the Arnold Palmer tea and a mango aloe Vera shot.

Stopped by for my first visit and was warmly greeted by the staff, shown the ropes and I am now enjoying a very tasty shake (chocolate), Arny Palmer Tea and they chose my aloe shot. All are very tasty! I’ll be making this a regular thing!! Highly recommended!

Very friendly and awesome products. Being a first time customer to any nutrition place, the staff greeted me warmly and explained all the options clearly. They set me up with a punch card and everything. Products are very good and exceeded my expectations of what I thought nutritional drinks tasted like. Fun environment too.
