Rey’s Pizza never will be what it used to be. Today, I was so hungry, I got there and ordered a pizza. When the server brought it, I did not know whether to eat it or to cry
My shoe sole was thicker than the pizza. Cheese in it was almost extinguished.
Cost: $11.95, doesn’t represent a problem to me as long as the food is elaborated right, and as promoted on advertising material.
From now on, I will handle my pizza-cravings business somewhere else.
P/s: An owner with a mediocre mentality will never have a prosperous business.

Went with a friend for lunch on the weekend. It wasn’t too busy and the service was fast. The food was really good. Exactly what one would expect from a Cuba Pizza Restaurant. The pizzas weee thick and with tons of cheese. They had a large selection of topping. I greatly recommend their Mamaey Milkshakes. They’re the best I’ve ever had when eating out. The server was kind and attentive. I will continue to be coming back.

We went for the garlic rolls. Yes there are other things on the menu like Pizza, but the truth is everyone loves these rolls… actually was fascinated with the variety in the menu… the pizza was good too…enjoyed my visit. It’s open 24 hours…our waitress was super nice- and gave us inspiration as she was working hard and explained she works they late night shift, had to go home sleep for a few hours and go to the hospital to see her son who’s been in for 5 days… it’s moments like this that remind us how special a server can be to serve upon you when needs to be served.

Ordered a pizza here for the family and we waited for it just walking around with the kids. When it was ready we paid and suddenly the woman turns around and walks back to the counter behind the paying one and she tells my husband the pizza is ready. He asked for the pizza and she said no you didn’t tip. She wasn’t going to hand us the pizza and made a point to say the tip section was circled so you know to leave a tip. So we have to walk over there and get the pizza. We have been here many times and they have always handed us the pizza. Never again. Absolutely insane honestly. You are not entitled to a tip. And even if there was one it’s like $5…. All of that and an attitude saying stuff as we walked out.

I honestly don’t recommend this place at all. My husband went last night to pick up two personal Cuban pizzas, and the experience was terrible from start to finish.
First, the service was awful. He waited over 30 minutes for two of the smallest pizzas, while the staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than actually working. There were people eating inside the restaurant, so it wasn’t like we were the only customers at that time. For two personal pizzas, the total came out to $33 — which is a complete scam.
When he finally brought the food home, things only got worse. The pizzas were undercooked, bland, and had nothing close to the flavor or quality of a true Cuban pizza. Honestly, school cafeteria pizza would taste better. To top it off, both of us ended up feeling sick after eating it.
I am Cuban, and I know what authentic Cuban pizza should be — this was not it. It felt like fraud to charge that much for such poor quality food. Overall, bad service, overpriced, and food that made us sick. Definitely do not recommend

I found Rey’s pizza to have okay-good pizza, but the service was lacking. The employees seemed more focused on getting tips rather than providing good service, which was disappointing. 2 stars.
