We LOVE Reynaldo’s. It is truly a staple in Carpinteria. Everything from food to delicious pastries. They have made us countless birthday, wedding and celebration cakes for our family. Their quality and prices cannot be beat. Today’s was extra special! Thank you.

Reynaldo’s Mexican panaderina, is delicious, authentic, and worth it
I definitely recommend this panaderina when your in the mood for fantastic Mexican bread. They also have a small selection of Mexican take out food and menudo on the weekends. Enjoy my brothers and sisters, and feed your food souls: God bless

Carpinteria has long been a favorite stop on our coastal roadtrips and now Reynaldo’s will be added to “the must stop” list when in town. While we can only speak for their breakfast burritos (and cookies), they are phenomenal. Dense and well made, but not so outrageously large that they fall apart or can’t be eaten in one meal. Fresh ingredients, made to order, and absolutely delicious. I’ll be thinking about the “Joe’s Favorite” w chicken chili verde for many mornings to come. No photos, for once the camera didn’t eat first.

I’m going to be starting to Post places that just wow me as I go to a lot of places I’m being More Strategic about my restaurants I post … That said this place really did while me I took my family camping in this beautiful small town and this place had the most amazing breakfast Enchiladas Is soup and tamales They have a bakery with Mexican sweet bread. The prices are very reasonable and cheap But the taste is very expensive I was absolutely wild by this place you will be too it’s definitely worth the drive.

Honestly, if you want to feel Ike you’re in Mexico, this is the place to go. As soon as you walk in you can feel and get a sense of the culture. Also, the food is super delicious, the Cafe de Olla is great, the staff is super friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this place to grab a coffee, pastry and some breakfast.

Leaving this review a few weeks after our visit to Reynaldo’s bakery – so I honestly can’t remember what lunch we ordered but I remember thinking I would definitely come eat here again when in the area – which means everything went well in the tastebud and staff department. I did get some shots of these adorable Halloween cookies and other pastries and do remember thoroughly enjoying the cookies. We sat outside and it was so peaceful despite the busy line inside;you can see the mountains and just relax.

The nicest staff and super helpful. I had no idea what half the pastries were. Thankfully we sampled a bunch of them and they were absolutely delicious. The breakfast Torta Bolillo on its fresh baked roll that morning was so good. The roll might’ve been my favorite part! I think we’ll be going back here for breakfast tomorrow. It’s different from your typical American-style breakfast fare and so darn good.

Got shipped the star breads all the way to Arkansas! Best pan dulce I’ve ever tried! Had to leave 5 stars! Must try the bread with a cup of coffee in the mornings!

Reynaldo’s Bakery is one of our go-to spots in Carpinteria. My wife and I come here all the time because the food is affordable, but never feels cheap. Everything is fresh and made with care. The baked goods in particular are the real standout. You walk in and the smell alone sells you. From conchas to cookies to cakes, it’s all good.

We recently ordered a custom cake and cupcakes for our daughter’s first birthday. We showed them a few pictures and they absolutely nailed it. It looked exactly like what we had in mind, and somehow still came in at a super reasonable price. They even delivered it to us on the day of the party and everything arrived perfectly.

This place has that family-run feel that’s getting harder to find. Friendly service, great food, and prices that make you want to keep coming back. If you’re looking for a bakery that actually cares about what they make, Reynaldo’s is it.

Over the course of several days I tried the breakfast quesadilla, several combinations of breakfast burritos and the almond croissant. Everything was phenomenal and at a fair price! The employees were always friendly each visit. The ingredients tasted fresh and they have countless options for whatever you’re in the mood for. This place is a must visit when in Carpinteria.
