Very bad customer service! I’ve been there two times recently with my family before 8:30 pm and both times we’ve been told they’re closing in 1 minute and that the only thing we can get is ice cream. Like what? Online and outside of the place says they close at 9 pm. For this reason next time we’ll go to La Michoacana instead

The staff is not friendly at all they always have a longgggg face except for the blond she is always nice and doesn’t make u feel like she’s giving you free ice cream.the owner is equally rude and the floor is dirty. They don’t have Rocky road and my water melon was not as fresh. The chamango is though extra Limon is an issue they stingy with the lemon . The restrooms is clean and the parking is ok I guess

Great Mexican style nieveria(ice cream shop). You can get fresh fruit with Chile and chamoy , milkshakes, ice cream cones, waffle bowls, and banana splits. Try it you will not be disappointed.
Updating review 5-26-18. Asked for a chamango especial…. Got a regular. Informed the employee that I asked for an especial but she stated that I asked for a regular. I asked my fiancee and he confirmed I said especial but employee acted like she didn’t hear and didn’t fix it. Not a happy customer. Hopefully a one time thing…. If not will not be coming back.
