What a wonderful Mexican Restaurant and Cantina. I’ve been there several times with friends and/or family, and each time everyone has been happy with their meal, the service and the ambiance.

Everything I’ve ordered there has been fantastic, especially their fajitas.

With all the wood and tiled surfaces, there aren’t many surfaces that could absorb the noise from the crowd, but it is more lively than annoying. I’d recommend making reservations, especially on the weekends. The people there, including the managers are very nice to deal with.

Overall, Rey Azteca is a great place to go if you are in the mood for delicious Mexican food.

So, unfortunately, I had to edit my original review of this restaurant. I have dined here and really enjoyed it; however, yesterday I left my brand-new jacket in the booth I was in, and upon returning today, management is telling me that my jacket is nowhere to be found. Now I find it hard to believe that another diner picked up my jacket and took it with them, so I’m wondering if one of the staff members took it instead. Completely unacceptable, and after offering no apology or rectification, I have to change my review and can no longer recommend this place, as someone there is a thief.

This place is great. I cannot praise it anymore than I already do. The food is great. The servers are nice and personable. Their sevice is normally top notch. The atmosphere is fun. Every so often the have live mariachi. I highly recommend stopping in here for some delicious food and a tasty margarita!

This place is amazing. The food is authentic, the atmosphere is phenomenal, cinco de mayo here would be and probably is, incredible.
The only problem i have is sometimes the drinks are just straight tequila, which to some, might be good, to others who have to drive in 30 minutes, not good. Our first time here we got the straight gas drinks, couldnt finish them lol. Second time they were great. My toddler demolished their tacos and loves the salsa and chips.
Service is fast too.

Lunch stop with a coworker. Service waa fast and friendly. Hot nachos! Server was courteous and attentive. Manager stopped by and asked how we were and refilled drinks and nachos.

I had the burrito and enchiladas lunch special, upgraded burrito to steak. Delicious. Buddy got tacos.

Service was good and quick. The side of guacamole was premade, bland and brown (we could barely eat it). My daughter asked for no cilantro in her tacos but still got cilantro and my burrito was soggy. The chips and salsa were good. Overall a very meh experience.

Great food! Nice atmosphere! Delicious lunch portion fajitas. The chips and salsa are good. The menu offers a good value. They will also gladly accommodate and seat groups as well, which I’ve found useful when entertaining for work functions. One of my favorite Mexican restaurants, for sure.

Let me tell you all about the best Mexican restaurant in Pennsylvania!! Rey azteca is amazing, superb food, best homemade tortillas, chips, and salsa I’ve ever had! Want a drink? They got the best Long Island iced tea also!! Will forever be my go to place for Mexican cuisine!!❤️
