Rewind Collective is an enchanting cafe nestled in the alpine heart of Big Bear Lake, California, slated to open its doors on May 9th, 2025. This unique sanctuary offers a vibrant blend of eco-friendly practices and organic gastronomy. Patrons can explore their sustainable refill station, brimming with natural household cleaners and beauty products available for purchase. Additionally, the cafe’s menu prioritizes organic and sustainable ingredients, featuring healing drinks and foods that nourish the body and soul. In June we will be adding our Organic Cider, Shrub and Beer Bar as well as Organic Kombucha and Hard Kombucha.

High Flying Living
An absolute must go while in Big Bear. You will love the vibe! There’s a bar area, outdoor patio and cozy seating area inside. I appreciate all the offerings of clean, healthy food. There are also homeopathic salves, lotions, teas, etc. for sale. So fun looking at all the options to make your home and body healthy. Big Bear is so lucky to have a store like this in their community.

Ordered an iced strawberry matcha and asked for extra matcha since I like it to taste pretty strong. When I tried just the matcha part before mixing with the strawberry at the bottom, the flavor was very disappointing. For $3 extra matcha, I’d expect it to taste like something at least. But it was very mild and watered down. I could kind of tell just by the color.
After mixing the drink, the strawberry flavor wasn’t bad though. If you prefer a nice strong matcha, this place is not it.

Just to clarify, I was commenting only on your matcha’s strength and my personal preference. I also regularly use ceremonial-grade matcha I get in Kyoto, and tend to prefer a very bold, umami-forward profile in my drinks. Yours tasted milder to me, even with the extra matcha, though I understand many people enjoy it as is. My review was simply to set expectations for others with similar preferences 🙂

I had the Matcha chai latte with oat milk iced. So tasty! And the customer service was great. You can tell they use good ingredients as well honestly, best Matcha in town. I highly recommend they should advertise Matcha where people can see it when they’re driving by.

Hands down best little shop in Big Bear, potentially in all of Southern California. Health foods, organic supplements, body care, plant medicine, bath & home goods, the most delicious & life giving smoothies, & my favorite matchas are made here. I also get her skincare refills like hyraulonic. There’s a back area with a fireplace, couches, chairs, books, vibes and toys for kids even. My babies love it here too. My husband is obsessed with the smoothies & bone broth. I’m obsessed with the entire store & the owner ain’t too bad herself ✨

my friend and I recently stopped by Rewind Colletive and we had fantastic visit. We had excellent service by the owner! It’s so much more than just a place to grab a drink! We had their tasty cold and hot chai and also tried a spiked sunboy. Look at this neat cold Chai in a can!!

Beautiful shop and great location with plenty of parking. Had the Golden Milk and iced chai tea. Both were amazing. Hung out on the patio and played some corn hole. So fun! Cafe owner and her staff were great. Had no idea what to order – their recommendations were perfect.

Are you kidding me? The matcha selection is unreal, I got 3 of them and all were 10/10! My husband got latte’s and loved all of them. The cheese danish was amazing and the staff, SO SO obsessed with them. I hope to come back soon 🙂
