Revolving Sushi Factory is a Kaiten-Zushi style or rotating sushi restaurant. Our menu is based on traditional Japanese recipes and has about 100 items including sushi(nigiri and rolls) tempura,ramen,udon. We only use fresh, high quality ingredients. We do not use Artificial sweetener and preservatives or coloring to any of our food.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience at Revolving Sushi Kennesaw was unacceptable — not just because of what happened, but because of how it was handled.
While we were dining, a roach was literally crawling along the sushi conveyor belt past our table. Seeing a pest on the sushi train — where food is continuously circulating to guests — was shocking and honestly disgusting. At that point, we immediately lost our appetite and decided we needed to leave.
The most disappointing part, however, was the manager’s response. I calmly informed him about the situation and let him know we wanted to leave. There was no apology, no concern expressed, and no attempt to make things right. Instead, he simply brought us the check and charged us for everything — including multiple plates sitting on our table that we had not touched after seeing the roach.
Mistakes and issues can happen at any restaurant, but customer service and accountability matter. A sincere apology and reasonable handling of the situation would have gone a long way. Instead, we left feeling dismissed and frustrated.
Because of both the sanitation concern and the poor management response, I cannot recommend this location.

This was Fun! My Granddaughter’s 13th Birthday She loves sushi, talk about Fast service, this was incredible, the food
rotating right by your table, you order your food and just pick it up off the conveyor Belt, pretty easy pretty simple, they had a Robot Delivered our Drinks and also singing Happy Birthday to Her.

Love this place. I go at least once a month. Everyone minds their own space, employees are quick and sweet, the food is good and it’s a very nice and cheap spot to hang out at. For two people, we normally spend around $45 as for three would be around $60-70 and by the look of my photo… it’s a lot

When we entered. We were greeted by a host who did not speak English. But she was very friendly. Then we were greeted by another server who seated us at our table.
There was no food served to us by a person. All the food gets delivered to us by the conveyor belt. Fast too.
There is a conveyor belt that goes around with a bunch of different sushi options. Lots of options. Each plate is colored for pricing. All tables have it available to them. The conveyor belt is in the middle of the restaurant. The tables are set around this conveyor belt. On each side. So everything is at arm’s length from the conveyor belt. From your seat. Each plate is for one person two bites of food. It can be shared. Two small portions on each plate. You have a large touch tablet screen. For you to view the entire menu. You also order your choices on the screen. The food comes to you on another conveyor belt. Straight to the table for you to take. They even have a robot that can deliver cakes and play Happy Birthday. It was pretty high-tech. Eliminates the need for having waitresses and Waiters. Very reasonable prices. Each plate is then counted. Most are the same color. They are the same price. The different colors ones. It cost a few bucks more.

We love coming here with the kids. It’s very convenient that the food is already prepared and ready for you but still fresh and made to order. Plus, they really enjoy the conveyor belt and robot. We brought our son here for his seventh birthday and the robot sang happy birthday and brought him fried ice cream. He was so elated! Overall great food and fast efficient service. Would recommend.

I visited this places recently with a friend and had a pleasant experience. The location on Marietta has a Japanese decor while this one’s was a bit underwhelming. Nonetheless, the food was great and the waiter was very kind. The robot that brought the drinks which was a plus. You can visit with friends and family and have a good time.

First time visiting this place & experiencing a conveyor belt style restaurant. Overall is a good experience. Black plates are $3 each. Red plates are ordered thru the tablet in-front of your seat. Quality/taste was on par with an average sushi place. Nothing extraordinary.
