What a great experience we had last night at Revell Hall. We started at the bar and enjoyed a few drinks created by our mixologist and then sampled some of the most popular items on the menu as suggested by the staff. Everyone was very friendly and attentive, including the chef who came out to introduce himself during the night. Excellent food and drinks, we will definitely be coming back soon.

This was honestly one of the BEST dining experiences I’ve had in a long while … and probably THE BEST fine dining experience over the past 365 days.

The food and drinks were magically delicious … not a single recommendation for improvement. I went to bed thinking about those pork belly skewers, the leftover orecchiette I had and thinking tomorrow would be a good day to pop back in and to sit at the bar for another Autumn Ember cocktail.

Last but certainly not least, our server Jailyn was TOP NOTCH in every way … her personality, her energy, her knowledge, her recommendations… Jailyn is truly special and I hope Revell Hall knows that. We told her we would ask for her on our future visits and we plan on coming back just the two of us, with friends, with family …

Thank you Revell Hall!
Signed,
Your new best friends

This restaurant delivers an experience wrapped in warmth, talent, and hospitality.
We ordered one of just about every appetizer and they did not disappoint! We wished we could have kept sampling!
The staff is truly exceptional! They are attentive and knowledgeable! You can feel how much pride they take in creating memorable evenings for their guests.
A special nod to the bar: the mixologist is nothing short of an artist. You don’t just order a drink here, you learn the story behind every ingredient, technique, and pairing. It’s part education, part entertainment, and completely delicious.
The GM sets the tone beautifully. You’re welcomed like family, pampered like a VIP, and guided through the night with effortless grace. It’s the kind of hospitality that’s rare in dining today, genuine, thoughtful, and finely tuned to every guest.
And hats off to the award winning chef and partners! You can feel their vision in every detail: the atmosphere, the service, the menu, and the culture.
Highly Recommended

We had the opportunity to dine at this newly opened establishment with a group of friends. I ordered the Cod and it was bursting with flavor. The other meals at the table looked equally as delicious. Drinks were on point with a spectacular presentation and more importantly, taste. Each perfectly hand crafted cocktail was better than the last. We want to get back for brunch and bottomless mimosas to explore more of what this place has to offer!

Dined with last night. Overall had a very positive experience and will be sure to return. The setting, service, food and cocktails were all very good.

Our server Ariel was terrific, really great personality and also very professional.

Prices feel reasonable as you are getting quality and still good portions. We had a chance to talk to the chef/owner towards the end of the meal and sounds like they are planning some nice additions in the near future.

Glad to have them in the area.

Food: delicious, however dishes were not hot. We didn’t send ours back but the neighboring table did. The wine pairing with the meal was perfect.

It needed to be because we were in this establishment for literally 4 hours. We had a 7:30 reservation and received a course every hour. Our waiter could not tell us what the amuse-bouche was. If I had allergies in my party, that would have been a problem. We learned what it was from another waitress taking care of the table to our left.

Speaking of that table to our left, we were told that by our 7:30 reservation (which is not late for fine dining) that they were already out of lobster which was a $14 upcharge for an already $125 prix fixe menu. That table to the left of us sat 2 hours after us…. Was served lobster. When we questioned the waiter on why that was, he said “sorry they found one in the back.” Excuse me? We were willing to pay for it and largely were excited for it but were told they were out. They also ran out of their top shelf vodka and made our martini with Ketel One without asking us if we were okay with the switch up. Then left it as a top shelf on the receipt (they did comp that after we raised the issue). The bartender came over and said “so we’re out of grey goose, I had to just make it with Ketel one. Is that okay?” And my husband goes, “well I guess it is now.” We also noticed that the woman to our left didn’t get the same wines we did with our pairing so they clearly ran out there as well.

We get to the end of what was a really good meal, Dessert is phenomenal, we get the check. Not only is the receipt showing higher prices than the menu but there’s no breakdown. We had to call over the waiter who had no explanation. A “manager” who was also the sommelier? Explained the check incudes a 4% card fee that’s not itemized. We weren’t asked if we’d pay cash or card. The fee was just on the receipt listed as a $129 prix fixe menu, instead of $125 and so on and so forth for each item we mentioned which was a wine pairing and two cocktails, tax listed separately. He explained it and we moved on. Although it’s baffling to me that a fine dining establishment is needing to charge for the card fee…. That’s not typical for places charging what they were. We then see the table next to us get served the lobster (mind you their reservation was after by at least an hour). We ask the manager while he’s standing there what that’s about, and he admitted that they took walk-ins prior to our reservation and miscalculated….. I’m sorry but in no way is that okay. You have people making a reservation for a menu that is price fixed for the items you list. You cannot let people walk-in and order off the same menu??? That defeats the purpose of a reservation and a fixed menu. I think I was so tired at that point because it was almost midnight that we just chalked it all up and paid the bill to maybe they just weren’t ready. The more I think about this the more I stand behind that. We may return in a few months but I’m not going to spend another $400+ in a place that’s wait staff can’t describe the menu or they can’t ensure the value behind their experiences. They have the talent clearly. They just need to live up to a fine dining experience if they’re going to be charging this kind of pricing. 4 hours for 4 courses is unheard of and we’ve eaten in Michelin-chef-run establishments before. I really do think this comes down to them not being ready and it’s just a shame we paid so much money for that experience since we were so excited for our night out and were disappointed with it.

“Revel Hall never disappoints. I’ve visited three times, and each experience has been phenomenal. The food is incredible, the drinks are top-notch, and the quality reflects the skill of a Michelin-star chef in the kitchen. Burlington is lucky to have a restaurant like this—it’s easily worth the trip.”

Went here with my friend on a Wednesday evening and sat at the bar. Both bartenders were extremely nice and helpful with the menu. We each had drinks, shared two entrees and a dessert.

This place is LEGIT!!! We have been waiting a long time for a place like Revell Hall to show up in this area. Thank God it did.

We used to dine at Riverview, but recognized something was off during our last visit. When we returned to the area, we saw a restaurant that had closed. I came across a social media reel that showed an elegant dining experience at a restaurant that was “coming soon.” I started to check the page for Revell Hall almost weekly.

I was able to book a table after the hard launch the day after Christmas. I couldn’t wait to see and experience all Revell Hall had to offer. Let me say, my expectations were superseded. Steve, the “mixologist” is personable, knowledgeable and absolutely AMAZING!! He explained the drink menu while offering a bit of history and insight into every drink. We loved him!!!

We decided to try the black garlic oysters for an appetizer and I went with the special, New York strip, which came with mushrooms and a potato and spinach puree. My partner had the miso cod entree.

EVERYTHING was FANTASTIC!! The oysters were perfectly prepared. There was a hint of garlic and a touch of soy or ginger possibly. The flavors combined to make an absolutely delicious dish. Next up was my New York strip. I was happy to see the steak was already cut, so I had no issue with devouring it. It was perfectly cooked. The mushrooms paired perfectly with the steak and the potato + spinach puree was the perfect side.
My partner loved his miso cod and raved about the cod being light, flaky and perfectly cooked. He even enjoyed the crispy rice cakes and potatoes that accompanied the cod.

We wrapped up our dining experience with dessert and more dessert drinks. Additionally, we had the pleasure of meeting Chef Joey and Andrew the GM. Both were extremely professional and down to earth.

Overall, Revel Hall impressed us so much, we bought gift cards for friends and look forward to our future visits.
