Last night, we chose Reveille (Rooftop bar at Hilton College Station) to celebrate a birthday a first visit for us. We had heard great things about Reveille from friends around town. When we arrived, the first thing I noticed was the views over Bryan/College Station, they are truly amazing.
We were there not only for a birthday but to watch Texas A&M kick off their season. They had the game on several TVs around the rooftop and with lots of comfortable seating, watching the game was almost like watching it at home. Credit here goes not just to the setting, but to the exceptional team on duty Mattie, Georgia, and Jordan. Their service struck the perfect balance: attentive without hovering, genuinely enthusiastic, and clearly invested in making sure guests felt welcome. It’s rare to find staff whose energy elevates a night just as much as the food or drinks, but they pulled it off effortlessly.
Speaking of drinks: Reveille’s bar program is worth lingering over. We sampled a variety of their specialty cocktails alongside the classics, and not a glass disappointed. The food followed through with equal strength. Chef Keith Snook deserves applause for a menu that blends Texas heartiness with elevated execution. The Short Rib plate was rich and tender, the Texas Charcuterie board felt both rustic and refined, and the Pork Belly Burnt Ends were smoky, indulgent, and perfectly caramelized and were the kind of dish that lingers in memory.
Reveille isn’t just a bar; it’s a destination. Whether you’re there for the food, the cocktails, the football, or simply the view, this is a spot that delivers on all fronts. We’ll absolutely be back, and next time, it won’t just be for a special occasion

Other than the top row of Kyle Field maybe the best view around. For sure the only roof top bar with a view like this in college Station. Shockingly cool and modern – a nice break from country TAMU theme everywhere you go – not that I don’t like it – but sometimes it’s a nice break. Rest assured they have drink specials that are Aggie themed. And those drink prices are not fancy hotel exorbitant either. Plenty of shade coverings, misting fans for when it’s Texas Summer Hot. Several levels too. Smartly laid out by facing East, North and South – not West. Nicely done rooftop bar / lounge area – with food! This should be on everyone’s list of “must see and do in college station”.

Daniel, And Noah were excellent! Absolutely stunning atmosphere! Revellie is one of those rooftop bars that makes you feel like you’ve discovered a hidden gem in the city. The view is breathtaking especially at sunset and the vibe strikes the perfect balance between upscale and relaxed. The cocktails are crafted like art, and the presentation is just as beautiful as the taste. The staff were warm, attentive, and made the evening feel effortless from start to finish. Whether you’re here for date night, a celebration, or just an elegant drink with friends, Revellie sets the standard. Can’t wait to come back!

New Year’s Eve at the Reveille Bar was great, with one exception. Neither of the bartenders working that night knew how to mix drinks. It took my date 45 minutes to get through the line. When she got to the front, the bartenders were having to look up recipes on their phones.
I’d suggest that in the future for similar events you limit drink service at the rooftop bar to beer, wine, and shots only, and tell people wanting mixed drinks to go down to the main bar on the first floor. It would work out better for everyone.
Update: I replied to the email address listed below in the reply from the facility on Jan.15, 2026 and have yet to receive a response…

Rooftop bar in college station!! The views are unmatched. This is the reason we keep coming back.
And have you heard about crab tots? Well, this place has them. Their menu is very interesting and new. The bartenders are honestly the best in town. I always order a Rum and Coke and their small appetizers.

Service at entry was stellar. All of the food we got was excellent and server did a good job keeping up with our numerous drink and food orders. The weather was perfect and the umbrellas and fans are a good addition. Might be a little spicy up there come summer time. I really loved the old fashioned with butter and butter scotch. Also got a Manhattan and table had numerous cocktails. No complaints on any. It’s really a 4.5 ⭐️ from me. Main elevators, 11th floor, out to the left. Cheers

I was in town visiting and heard about the reveille roof top bar. The service was great, Kailey makes a great espresso martini. The view and atmosphere was exquisite. NOAH gave our table away, but saved the day by asking the nice folks he gave it to, to move. After that NOAH let us know that if we gave him a 5 star review he might win some money!!!! I could hardly contain my excitement to help him out. With haste, I scanned the qr code to write this review. It would be truly regrettable if he doesn’t win. He let me know if he does, he is going to use his new found wealth to take a night off work to play fortnight, and pet his gerbil. Let’s go NOAH, TRUE AMERICAN HERO
