Having tried all the new coffee shops that have popped up in the Lafayette area in recent years, I still find myself coming back to Reveille. I love the quiet cozy atmosphere, cute decor, and welcoming staff. Most importantly, they make great espresso based coffees properly. Not only do they offer the traditional styles like flat white, cortado and macchiato, they can make them properly with the correct ratio of espresso, milk and foam. As an added bonus, Reveille is one of the few, if not the only coffee shop around, that offers breve option! Baristas in some other shops in the area don’t even know what it is.

I needed a spot to sit and stretch to break up a long drive to Indianapolis. I’m glad I chose Réveille. It is a clean, welcoming space with kind staff. Though many other places seemed to be closed for the holidays, it was full of folks studying, catching up, working, and reading. I had a BLT on croissant and I was grateful they allowed me to opt out of the aioli. The sandwich was delicious without it. If you like aioli I’m sure it will be just as delicious with it. The gingerbread chai was a nice warm treat, as well. I’ll be making more of these trips in the next year so I’m glad to add Réveille on my favorites list.

Exquisite atmosphere! The gentle music, gorgeous historic art on the walls, and fresh flower bouquets create a haven for an artist’s soul. Plus the service is delightful and the coffee excellent! Highly recommend!

Such a sweet spot! Their coffee is AMAZING and they offer so many fun syrups and flavor offerings. The highlight is definitely their food and overall ambiance. The baked goat cheese is a star!!!! Loved this place a lot.

Wonderful little coffee shop! Easy to get to, lots of street parking available. The Magic Bowl is a delicious and comforting tea latte, we enjoyed it iced! The iced white mocha was perfectly sweetened and the espresso flavor was spot on! The Barista’s were super sweet and didn’t bat an eye at our big group of 7! Add this stop to your list if you are looking for great coffee or tea in Lafayette!

Do you like 4 shots of espresso in your large latte? I sure do, and that’s what you will get if you order a large latte here. I don’t know of any other coffee shop in the area that gives you 4 shots without charging extra. What more is there to say? This place is great!

Once a latte gets above five bucks something happens, expectations! Single origin, hand made syrups, divine blend of balance bitter notes and creamy sweet flavors, those are the established mainstream essentials for any spot aspiring to be better than Dunkin! I have twice enjoyed the inspired space here getting me far away from the dull Midwest, a huge menu boasting all sorts, plenty to pick from with fan favorites and seasonal picks, espresso seemed decently roasted and matches with the basic white girl vibes however the pricing is entirely optimistic. Greyhouse and Indie Coffee Roasters have the same issue. My large latte with soy nearly touched eight bucks which is fine for house crafted syrups and top tier bean juice. But no and also sadly again no, there are no real flavors only plastic pumps of sucrose. My latte was extremely sweet, likely hiding Starbucks quality java. Eleventh House, Sacred Grounds, Wanderlust and even the cold brew oddity that is Java House make for better quality and value.

Quiet, quaint coffee shop with friendly service. Great location, we visited on a Saturday morning (great stop if you’re visiting the Farmer’s Market or doing some early Saturday shopping in the downtown area). Wide variety of flavor options (including violet, which I rarely see at most coffee shops). I enjoyed an iced lavender honey latte and shared a cinnamon roll (delivered fresh from local donut shop) with a friend. We arrived at a perfect time for seats to open up and no line, but the line formed quickly behind us. Will definitely be back!

Lovely quaint and cute cafe. Delicious espresso. The owner Michelle was very kind and friendly. Coffee from Tinker in Indy and donuts from Mary Lou’s, both respectable selections. They are also a carry-out wine shop.
Highly recommend giving them a visit.
