Reunion Bread continues to be one of my go-to bakeries in Denver, and this visit really delivered.

They recently collaborated with Riot BBQ on empanadas, offering pork, chicken, and fish. I tried all three and each one was well executed. The fillings were flavorful, the pastry was done right, and none of them felt like an afterthought. It was a fun collaboration and absolutely worth checking out.

We also grabbed some of their usual pastries and they reminded me why I keep coming back. The guava and cheese was rich without being heavy, the natas were excellent, the golfeado was comforting and familiar, and the lemon cream puff was light and not overly sweet.

Reunion Bread is consistent, thoughtful, and reliable. Whether it’s a special collaboration or their everyday offerings, the quality is always there. Definitely a spot I’ll keep returning to.

Visiting Reunion Bakery has been a dream I’ve had for the past 3 years while following Ismael and his team’s work through social media. Today was the day that I finally got a chance to visit the bakery and see them in full action. Even while super busy, Ismael took the time to have a conversation with me, while running back and forward in the middle of rush hour, and that says lot’s about him as a person and the care he puts not only into his products but about the people around him.
During the visit, we got the guava and cheese danish (the coconut shavings just seal the deal of a perfect pastry), ham and Gruyère croissant (I mea anything with Gruyère is always good, along with the crunchiest dough) , the chocolate chip cookie (a big fan of cookies, and let’s just say this one is at the top of the list), and the olives and zaatar sourdough bread (just delicious!).
I would definitely come back on my next trip to Denver, and if you still have not tried them, please do as soon as you can! 🙂

Everything is baked very fresh. Their croissants are delicious, but the Golfeados are heavenly. The wait was a bit long though, but that’s because they make everything fresh so I’m not really complaining.

Best bakery in Denver by far. Pastries are so fresh that they are usually warm straight from the oven. Worth going out of the way for, just be prepared to sometimes wait in line for half an hour. Highly recommend trying the Venezuelan sticky bun.

The pastries were unreal but I think our overall experience was truly made extraordinary because of the hospitality we were shown. We were given samples and courteous service and truly just felt like a gift to devour such a labor of love, wonderful, and the amount of times I dream of the fresh churro, chocolate and almond croissants

I stopped into Reunion Bakery on Brighton Blvd first thing in the morning, and the moment I walked in I felt like I’d been transported straight to Portugal. It’s tucked away in Market Hall 1 of The Source, with a rustic charm that makes it feel like a true find.

The pastry of the day, a guava pastry, completely blew me away. Flaky, buttery, and perfectly balanced, it was one of those bites that makes you stop and just appreciate how good life can taste. I felt so lucky to have stopped in early to grab a birthday treat for a friend and ended up discovering something this special.

The whole experience had that quiet magic of a perfect morning, incredible pastry, warm light, and the feeling that you’ve stumbled onto something wonderful.

I just came back from last week, and I was literally complaining last weekend that the bread quality isn’t the same in . Well, the quality of this sourdough is on par with some of the better ones I’ve had in the EU and the best I’ve had stateside. It had the right density and moistness — and the flavor was . Solid! Bravo Zulu Reunion bakers .

If you’re visiting Denver and looking for the best baked goods in the city, it’s here. Best olive oil tart I’ve ever had. Best sourdough toast topped mouthwatering eggs. All in the ambience of a beautiful historical brick building. Thank you!!

This is definitely one of the best croissants I have ever had in my life!!! We were visiting Colorado and happen to find this gem!

The staff is very welcoming and helpful, they gave us free samples of one of their best selling pastries, Pastel De Nata and rightfully so it’s the best custard pastry I’ve ever tested!
Their croissants are super flaky, buttery deliciousness, I know I’m making words up, however I cannot express the things I’m feeling devouring it! You can feel the love and care in each bite.

You have to try it to believe it! Definitely stop by and support them!

This will be our go-to stop whenever we visit Denver from now on! We went back and grabbed more pastries for the road!!
