One of the best places in Bali for duck lovers. The duck was perfectly cooked — tender inside with crispy skin, full of flavor and well-seasoned.
The sambal was excellent and paired really well with the duck, giving that authentic local taste. Portions were satisfying and everything felt freshly prepared.
The atmosphere was casual and comfortable, suitable for a relaxed meal. Service was friendly and quite fast despite the place being popular.
Highly recommended if you’re looking for a delicious local meal in Bali, especially for bebek lovers.
The place is no doubt good with lots of greenery ,ample fields around and water channels.Open air seating area with outdoor garden seating offers a great relaxed ambience.
Food and beverages options are decent but extremely expensive compared to other restaurants around.
Their famous Bebek (Duck) is too dry, rubbery and tasteless.Chicken satay is poorly cooked.
Nasi Goreng and fried banana were better.
Food and beverages are too expensive.Additional 10% service charge is a loot.
Not at all recommended. There are many popular restaurants offering far tasty bebeks and chicken at much cheaper pricing.
Pl avoid this tourist trap.
Coconuts and mangos on tress surrounding grounds. Lily pond and lotus flowers just opposite dining area, everything is so picturesque.
Food was good, pallete is good for westerners and locals. In the grands scheme of things not that expensive if converted back to GBP. Good value for money given the experience. Went back again for takeaway after dining in the first night.
Close to Udub Town centre so access is easy. If your in Ubud it’s definitely worth a visit and more so if you enjoy crispy duck.
I had famous duck dish, which was perfectly cooked with spicy sauce on the side.
I had dragon fruits juice. If you don’t like too sweet drink, it’s better to ask less sweet.
I highly recommend to this place to anyone who came to Ubud.
On a side note- apparently if you have a driver they eat for free (according to our driver anyway!) whilst waiting for you to finish your meal which if true, is amazing!
The food was nice, not mind blowing just nice – the waitress recommended me crispy duck and it didnt disappoint. We also had chicken (I forgot the name) but both dishes had really good flavour and was cooked well!
There is a normal sitting area with table and chairs but there are also these mini raised temple like structures where you can sit with you legs crossed and eat.
I don’t think you’ll be unhappy here, unless you really don’t like the idea of a “tourist trap”. It is a trap, just fairly comfortable.
Oh, landscaping is negated if you come after dark. When you can’t see the pretty surroundings it’s just a fancy more expensive warung.
