I enjoyed my lunch ! This restaurant serves authentic Colombian food from empanadas , bandeja paisa , chuleta caleña which is what I got . It was a pretty big portion and it tasted very good ! The red beans were my favorite , they were delicious . The food took 20 minutes which is average wait time considering the place was full . Restaurant is small ,it has 10 tables with 4 seats each . Parking is easy considering there’s a huge lot since it’s inside a plaza .
There was a very nice gentleman that worked there ,he helped accommodate my grandma in the chair since she struggles to walk and sit on her own . Also, he turned off the fan that was above our table because too much wind makes her cough . So I thought that was very kind of him and I really appreciate it .
Food was good in flavor just wish the plates were prettier more presentable and my juice wasn’t in a plastic cup with a lid .
I’ll be back with my family

I’m colombian so finding good, tasty and authentic Colombian food is always hard. I came across this place and didn’t have a positive experience at first but decided to give it a try again. I was happy. The service changed 360 and the people working now is very attentive and helpful. Food is delicious especially bandeja Paisa and calentados. I always pick the calentado con carne and it never disappoints. I will definitely recommend this restaurant. It gets busy so another option is to
Order over the phone for pickup to avoid lines.

I’ve ordered delivery multiple times from this restaurant. The food always arrives hot and fast. The experience to eat in the restaurant is very different, because the service is not good, and the place is small. But the food is good, so I recommend Restaurant Rico Pan to order delivery or pick up.

Solid food, nice staff, clean too. Patacon was delicious, Cafe Con Leche was exceptional. Can’t wait to go back and try the whole fried fish!

My family and I were unhappy with this place. The food we ordered did not meet our expectations. Let’s begin with the waitress. I believe her name was Sara; she struggled to describe the items on the menu and was unsure about the ingredients. She frequently responded with, “I think,” which indicated a lack of knowledge. Additionally, her attentiveness was poor, and she had difficulty managing our food requests.

I was craving Patacón, and since I am very particular about it, I usually ask a lot of questions before placing my order. I would rather refuse to order a dish than have to return it. I don’t want to inconvenience the chef. Unfortunately, the plate I received did not match her description. If you know anything about Patacón, you understand how the dish is typically prepared. While I appreciate that every chef has their own cooking style and that minor variations are acceptable, my Patacón was completely different from how it should be made. They should consider renaming it.

As for the restaurant itself, it is quite old and in need of some renovations. But it does have Colombian Vibes.

Unfortunately, they charge a 3.5% fee for using a credit or debit card, and they automatically add the tip to your bill without mentioning it. I won’t be returning; I would prefer to spend my money at a better Colombian restaurant that offers good food and great service.
