What can I say about a restaurant that used to be my favorite in Panama several years ago? Unfortunately, it has lost its shine. Prices went up and quality is down. To be fair: the service is excellent (not many restaurants in Panama will offer you to exchange a dish that you are not happy with), and the food is still good but, that’s the problem, no longer excellent. Take the Conchitas à la Parmesana as an example. Two small pieces of scallop buried under a lot of cheese (is it really Parmesan?) in a shell times six for $19. If you are looking for authentic Peruvian food “con el dolor de mi alma” I now have to tell you to look somewhere else.

Delicious Peruvian food. We really liked the drinks and everything we tasted. The tacu tacu was flavorful. Excellent seafood.

First time trying Peru cuisine and this restaurant! I would say the place is very nice and well decorated. They have very good drink options… Order the white wine and most traditional peru cocktail— Pisco Sour. it was SO good. The food was great and the prices were super reasonable! Definitely recommend it!

This is a franchise of a well known restaurant in Peru, as such we thought it would be good, but we were sadly mistaken, the waiters had an I don’t care attitude the prices are ridiculously high, and the ceviche tasted like nothing! The Leche de tigre, (I ordered the tres ajies) which is what makes ceviche, was bland and watery. The atmosphere is fine, but I don’t go to a restaurant for atmosphere, but for the food, and I will not be going back to this one!!

We got here around 16:00 and it was empty. The service was super fast and attentive. They have some veggie options ( ask for them, they are not listed on the menu) , I got the Pasta a la huancaína with veggies ( green bean- carrot). The sauce was delicious.

My favorite part of Segundo Muelle is that they have a fantastic hard menu not a menu on your phone. Lots of great photos and expensive menu.
The gin drink was delicious
The seafood carvina was tasty.
Only criticism is the inside is super well lit so we sat outside.

One of my preferred Peruvian restaurant in Panama. The menu is so diverse, with a mix of flavors. Their ceviches, risottos, lomo saltado… Are all delicious. Today I tried the Fetuccini Maremonti, with a Napolitan sauce and octopus al carbon. Delicious.
Parking is limited but there is a valet.
Service was flawless. Recommended.

It used to be one of the better Peruvian restaurants in Panamá. Not anymore. Offering specialties such as Ceviches, Causa Limeña, Lomo Saltado, Jalea Real and a variety of Arroces Chaufa, this restaurant has unfortunately decreased the quality and taste of its dishes. Service aims to please but the kitchen does not back them up.

Great food. Tuna tartar probably the best
My only disappointment is that they don’t serve aji de gallina anymore, but the fried ceviche was superb.
The grilled octopus was cooked to perfection, and the pisco sour was delish.

Excellent food and service, great wine list for good prices, very nice ambience.
I have been there with a group of 15 people. We all received our food at the same time, what is very unusual in Panama. Amazing. They had no problem with each one of us paying separately. 100 % Recommendation. Thank you!
