You have to try the black margarita! Looks creepy, but it has food grade charcoal in it. Helps if your tummy isn’t feeling right. All the tacos selections are good also. They do inquire about an extra tip, which you do not have to give. We usually tip $2 if service is good.

Latinos is a fantastic beachfront spot and a true Montezuma favorite. The setting alone is worth the visit, relaxed, lively, and right by the ocean.
The menu created by Chef Steve is impressive from top to bottom, but the empanadas are an absolute must. Truly world famous and for good reason. Perfectly prepared, packed with flavor, and impossible to forget.
The drinks are equally memorable, crafted by Yindra. Ask for one of her creations and be amazed by the preparation, taste, and overall experience. It’s cocktail artistry at its best.
Add in live music on the weekends and you have the perfect combination of great food, incredible drinks, and an unbeatable atmosphere.

The food here was excellently prepared and tasty. Portion sizes were good. I had the chicken breast casado, which I would recommend. The portion sizes were great, as was the service. The atmosphere was spectacular. You eat overlooking the water, listening to the surf. If you sit along the back railing and the wind is right, the smell from the bog is strong.

You cannot skip this place! By far the best place we visited during our stay in Montezuma. After a not so great service from their neighbours, we headed to ‘Latino’ for a couple of afternoon drinks and ended up staying for several. The waitress serving us was so attentive and friendly, checking up on our drinks and us, showing an evident care for her job. The guacamole was also really tasty and a perfect light bite.
Naturally, we returned the next day, to the very same table, where a charming waiter served us with a constant smile. Again, he was super friendly and helped us with our menu choices. When one table had ordered the catch of the day (a glorious red snapper) he assured us if we waited 40 minutes we could have one to ourselves, as they had ordered the last of them. It was so worth the wait! We were served a huge platter of a Red Snapper in a deliciously crispy (but not heavy) batter with avocado rice, salad and patacones. It was divine.
That day we stayed there for approximately 5 hours! Sipping on litres of Sangria and enjoying the beautiful view of Montezuma beach. A truly wonderful experience and I hope, should I ever be in Montezuma again, to return.

Great restaurant with an awesome view. Lots on the menu to offer. Service was friendly, welcoming and great. Food was fresh, hot and tasty. No parking directly there but enough around the corner.

Stopped after the water falls and had some tacos that came out in a timely matter. Hit the 2for1 happy hour and the coco loco which i never had before came out in an awesome coconut. I had to order another. But it never came in a coconut again. Sad face. But man those are good. So refreshing.
Tacos were great. My chori papa tacos had some potatoes in it which i never had before. Seemed like just filler but they were seasoned and tasted great. I could not taste the meat tho. The fish tacos were a great captain hiliner pieces (joking) but had big pieces of fish in it. You will get great english service here. Our waiter was excellent. Mad a mistake on our bill but corrected it no problem.

Food is delicious, the service is amazing, and the ocean view + vibes are unbeatable. I enjoyed the Pescado Sandwich which was massive, filling, and amazingly cooked. The french fries were crisp + delicious. I washed it all down with a tropical IPA. Highly HIGHLY recommend all the food here

We love coming here and having cocktails in the afternoon. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is lovely. They also have my favorite fish tacos in town.

The cocktails are so much more delicious than the last few years! Our entire group was extremely pleased with the drinks, tropical views, and ocean breeze during our weekday lunch here.
The sink and hand soap right by the entrance was very clutch as well.
