I went to this restaurant i had an awful experience bad service the waitress didn’t come check on me the food was disgusting i had pollo Chuco the chicken was uncooked it had blood on it. The waitress over charged my card. I wouldn’t recommend it. I called to explain the matter and she kept hanging up on me what a bad way to treat customers instead of a admitting to their wrong doings thats how they go about handling the situation.. I will never come back again

Me hice las uñas al lado de este restaurante y porque tenía que irme al trabajo decidí pedir algo de comer cerca. Cuando entro la camarera estaba limpiando, le pregunté amablemente si estaban abierto me dijo que si, así que me senté a esperar. Cuando terminó sin lavarse tan siquiera las manos ni presentarse me dijo ¿qué quieres? Le pregunté si tenían un menú. Me dijo no porque la dueña está cambiando, te puedo dar uno viejo. Le dije ok, porque era mi primera vez en ese lugar. Pedí un burrito, que no supo decirme con que venía así que lo pedí con todo, no llevaba mi orden a la cocina y se puso a explicarle sobre unas empanadas a otra clienta y a cobrarle. Después de 15 minutos esperando sale y me dice que “La Cocinera no sabe hacer burrito” increíble. Solo espero que el dueño sino quiere perder este negocio entienda que así no es como funciona un restaurante. Una falta de respeto no solo a la clientela sino al tiempo de una persona. Gracias, me tuve que ir a trabajar 8h sin almorzar porque el tiempo que tenía lo perdí esperando a que pusieran mi orden y luego a que la cocinera no supiera hacer algo que está en un menú. Horrible atención y horrible servicio.
