Fantastic goat stew! I feel like I died and went to Guadalajara it was so good. You can tell there was some love that went into making that. It made the trip to Gooding worth it. It’s a wonderful little family run business with friendly and kind staff. I highly recommend. I’ll be back.

As a guy who really values both great food and great service, I have to say this place truly stands out ️. The service is excellent from the moment you walk in. The waitress is full of personality and keeps the atmosphere fun and welcoming . Seira especially makes you feel like she’s personally inviting you to come back again and again — that kind of warmth is rare these days .
You can tell this is a family-oriented place. The owner’s son openly compliments the team’s service, which says a lot about how much they care. The owner’s daughter is always happy to see us and stays cordial and professional while working. And Norma is such a sweet and positive presence — she genuinely seems happy to greet every guest .
The cook deserves major credit too . Every meal tastes delicious, and he’s careful to make sure you don’t receive anything you’re allergic to, which I truly respect. On top of that, the bathrooms are always clean ✨ — something I definitely notice. Overall, I highly recommend eating here. Great people, great food, and a great experience every time!

We sat down and they got our drink order and we then were served chips, salsa and beans. Everything tasted good. I did observe that they were not busy at all, but it took the waitress a very, very long time to come get our order. When I looked over, she was standing talking to her coworker, who was playing on her phone. They were not attentive to us at all. I had to get her attention and wave at her to let her know we were ready. The food arrived in a reasonable timeframe and overall, tasted pretty good. We finished our food and I went up the counter to pay and I stood there for approx 10 minutes. They are not attentive to customers at all! Quit playing on your phone and pay attention to your paying customers! Thus, my tip reflected the service we received. We used the restroom on our way out, and I noticed the restaurant was quite dirty. The bathrooms and the entrance to the bathroom was totally unacceptable. Made me wonder how the kitchen looked…….

The cook makes every meal taste delicious and he is very good at his job. The food is very good and he makes sure that you don’t get food you are allergic to. In all, I would recommend eating there. Plus, the bathroom is always clean.

The restaurant ElTorro is the best. The service is amazing and Seira makes you want to come back every day. Norma and her family are so friendly! I love them. I am allergic to rice and the cook remembers even if I forget to to tell them. They don’t mind putting avocados, cheese and onions on the side of my order. The place is always clean and so are the bathrooms. I watch them wipe down the seating as well as the tables. The food tastes great and I love it. I wish they had mild salsa but the beans are great! They don’t seem to mind if I take my leftover food home to eat later !

This place has good food but the service from the waitress was very rude seemed like they really didn’t want to work there and just collect a paycheck did not make us feel welcomed and would never check up on us or see if we needed anything. it’s like a 5/10 needs more work on improvement great on customer service and greeting people when they walk in the door. Plus we waited 30 Minutes get chips and dip before our food came we got it when we got our food and the water tasted like old alkazelter water it was gross would not recommend eating here.
