My wife and I came here for the 1st time tonight, really hungry and excited to try a new place. We were very happy since we live in the area and we found an authentic Mexican place. We spent over $75 on a takeout, and our entire order was wrong. I am very disappointed to get home and see our order completely, not what we wanted, especially since it was written correctly on the receipt. Not happy now.

Best tacos around, and I LOVE tacos. Authentic, not Americanized, like the junk from Tijuana Flats or other “tex mex” places. Very friendly staff, building is a bit old, kind of hole in the wall, but sometimes those are the best- El Paso is perfect example.

IT IS VERY WORRYING IF, GIVEN A CASE, THE HEALTH SANITATION DEPARTMENT ENTERS TO INSPECT THIS PLACE RESTAURANT AND INSPECTS HOW IS IT THAT THESE EMPLOYEES AND COOKS ARE HANDLING THAT.. THE TRUTH IS THAT ALL OF MY FAMILY AND ALL MY FRIENDS ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE TYPE OF SERVICE AND LITTLE PROFESSIONALISM AND LITTLE ETHICS IN REFERENCE THAT THEY COOK BADLY AND DO NOT HAVE THE SHAME OF GIVING RAW FOOD GREASY AND COOKING WITH OIL OVER USED THE NASTY BAD TASTE RICE AND WITH A BAD SMELL OF AN OVERHEATED FOOD WITH A BAD SMELL AND BAD TASTE. A PART, THE BEANS ARE OVER PAST AND COME OUT WITH A VERY SOUR AND BAD FLAVOR OLD FOOD THE SAUCES IN THE SAME WAY ALL DISGUSTING.

If you ever lived near central or south Texas, you have not eaten more authentic or better Tex-Mex food than El Paso serves. From the ambience to the best homemade chips and salsa ever, this restaurant knows how to make it right. Every dish is good, every plate is full, and every Agua frescas is real. I lived in Houston for 36 years and El Paso is as good or better than most Tex-Mex restaurants there.

Good food but I don’t speak Spanish so it was hard to communicate with the waitress. But the food was really good. Has a small Spanish grocery store attached to the restaurant. Stocked very well with hard to find Spanish foods.

Amazing Mexican food, very original. Absolutely loved everything we ordered. They also have a store next to the restaurant.

Taco’s were fresh and really good. We had the chicken and the steak on flour tortillas and the veggie plate. Also enjoyed the hot sauces they had to offer. Corona was nice and cold to top it all off! Our waitress was very welcoming and friendly. We also liked the old school juke box. I passed this place many times and never stopped in due to the exterior appearance, but I’m glad I did. We will be back!

The service was slow and disengaged tonight, never asked if I wanted a refill on my beer. I had to get her attention to come over so I could explain that one out of the three tacos I ordered didn’t have any toppings on it, not sure how they messed that up. The food is good here but the service needs to do better. I don’t expect much but just stop by once and check to see if anyone needs anything!

Their tacos are delicious! Carne asada, Barbacoa, and Carnitas on corn tortillas are my favorite with all the fixin’s cilantro, onions, and both green and red hot sauces made fresh in house Yum
