Missing a bunch of little things with the chicken fajitas that would have made it much better (sour cream, guacamole, pico, and salsa), and although the chicken tasted good, and there was a whole lot of it, it was really dry. Those add-ons would have helped with the dryness of the chicken, rice, and beans quite a lot. The lack of salsa all around was very disappointing, but at least they had some sauces available. Overall, not bad, but a lot of ways to make this so much better across the board.

Nothing else to say except good food all around. Al pastor tacos packed with flavor. The chicken quesadilla in the picture below was outstanding. Plenty of bang for your buck as well as quality customer service. I’ll always come back!

Tried Colosio in Swedesboro (South Jersey) for a 2nd time. I had the enchiladas molé (pictured) and my wife had the steak chalupas (not pictured).
Overall, the food was okay. Quality was fair. Flavor was average. Portions were big. You get one small plate of homemade tortilla chips topped with black bean “sauce” for an appetizer. We prefer traditional chips & salsa.
We had the same server both times and service was fair. Not great, not bad. They got my order wrong the 2nd time (gave me steak instead of chicken), and when I mentioned that, no apology was given. I went ahead and ate it, but we may not be back.

Authentic Mexican Food.
We found this place just driving around looking for a place that wasn’t crowded. Some of us were not really hungry so we were looking for something simple like Queso and Tortillas….sadly that isn’t on the menu. However, the Guacamole was fantastic. My daughter (19) loved it and she doesn’t even like Guacamole.
The nachos were good but they don’t have ground beef…so you are using shredded steak, beef or chicken as your meat. Again the food is authentic…so it isn’t like Taco Bell or Don Paublo’s.
My husband had a sample platter special..my favorite item he had was called something like Tinga Chicken..the flavor was fantastic!
The atmosphere is blah…kind of like a cheesteak joint in a strip plaza BUT all of the staff made up for the lack of pizzazz in decorations with their friendly attitudes.The waitress was nice and helpful. We will definitely be visiting this place again…FYI…when you sit down they put complimentary chips on the table with this stuff that looks like chocolate with white chocolate shavings…um too my surprise it is been puree and cheese not chocolate! It tasted good as been puree not as chocolate

Not sure why any negative reviews at all. Friends suggested we go.. And definitely good we tried it. Large portions and great food for the price. Just look at my pics… Wow. Heartburn so worth it

One of the more enjoyable Mexican restaurants I’ve found in South Jersey. Food, prices, portions and service have all been good, every time I’ve visited. I have neversat down to eat in the restaurant; just takeout, but the place is roomy and clean.

Never disappointed by this authentic Mexican food. This carnita burrito with guacamole was delicious. This is easily my favorite restaurant. Give them a shot, you won’t regret it!

Ridiculously large portions for not much money. 3 of us had fajitas, and it was too much. Amazing sauce for the chips. Really fast service. Great flavor. I would go here anytime. No beer though……
