Wow! We came in for the Wednesday Paella and Sangria special. We started with a Caprese Tapas (delish), and Sangria made to order. The flavor was so good. The paella was loaded with claws, mussels, fish, shrimp, pulpo, and perfect rice. It was so fresh and flavorful. We will be back!

Good, but I’d go back for one dish only, the shared rice platter. Service was extremely slow (2.5 hour dinner), and they had very little staff when we visited a few hours before they closed. That said, they were happy to make accommodations, the patio has great views, and they have a wide variety of high end drinks.

The meat is cook exactly as you like it. The atmosphere is nice, ideal for a relax conversation with a glass of wine, in my opinion the best food in San Carlos. Good capas, meet, and paella. (The parking is free )

This was our first time at Casa Manolo. We were very pleased to say the least. The seafood paella was amazing. You can share it with 2-3 people. We also had the goat cheese salad and it was very good. For dessert we heard cheesecake was the best and it was so true. Best cheesecake ever!!
