ordered a chicken soup & asked if it would have noodles the lady said yes, then i was given my soup in three tiny containers because they didn’t have the larger ones & it was just chicken with vegetables no noodles.
i payed 14$ for just the soup & a passion fruit juice that had barely any taste.
my second time giving them a try & im still disappointed, their food isn’t typical dominican food for anyone that is looking on coming by expecting that.

Looks can be deceiving, from the outside doesn’t match what you will find inside. The atmosphere was amazing the food was amazing. Great space for gathering. Family oriented restaurant although they did not have a kids menu that can entertain kids like other restaurants. May be on the pricier side then you’re in-and-out Dominican restaurants. One thing I will recommend is like a free appetizer while waiting for your food . The restaurant itself was super clean. We’ll come again.

Mix matched Chairs. Linen napkins and tablecloths add a bit of class. Some of the best calamari I’ve ever had and having previously been a chef specializing in seafood, I’m a bit of a critic when it comes to calamari. There’s was perfectly cooked not chewy crispy coating. The seafood soup was a huge portion and had tons of flavor packed into it.

Food was very good and flavorful. Date night with the Hubby. I truly enjoyed my meal. Had the Skirt steak was super delish and a side of Vegetable rice made with fresh vegetables and the soup was pretty good as well. Hubby loved his food too. It’s definitely worth the trip =)

Don’t let the outside fool you, the inside is very nice! The menu is reasonable and price is also fair. The waitress we had was nice and greeted us warmly. The food is also very well portioned and overall it’s decent. I got a cheeseburger and the only thing I could say was if they could add some sort of sauce or some pickles or something to keep it a bit more moist. There is also no salt or pepper on the table, and no ketchup either. One thing that stands out is the cleanliness. It is very very clean inside. I would definitely go back.

OMG!!! I am so glad i came. I LOVE to eat and I love to dine. I dont do it as often as I would like to. But CJ’s Cuisine was worth EVERY PENNY!!!
Its been a while since Ive expedienced such a vast amount of flavors in one dish. My wife and I spent a good penny between drinks (natrual juice and an Arlold Palmer) appitizers, soup, salad, and dinner and tip. But I can truly say it was worth it. The soup held the flavor, the vegetables were crisp, (but not hard) and the steak was cooked to perfection (med-well) while containing ALL of the flavors.
The roller coaster of flavors will have you on the floor! Mmmmmm mmm! Myyyy God!!!
They have cheeper options during the week and a Sunday brunch. But I will be going back.
If I can make any suggestions I would say to management to put out some coupons and let people know you are there. The food is so good there should be a line to get in! Dont believe me, try it for yourself.
