This one is a bit hard to find with current construction on the hotel, but it is open. We had a lovely meal here. The beef tartar was fantastic. They prepare it at the table to your liking. The lobster pasta was pretty inedible, but the fish was fantastic. They brought out chocolate truffles at the end as well which was a great touch.

Recently had the pleasure of dining at the Wintergarten fine dining restaurant located at Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa Baden-Baden, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience that exceeded my expectations in every way possible.
The sea bass that I had was absolutely amazing – it was cooked to perfection and had an incredible flavor. It was clear that the presentation was simply beautiful. The attention to detail was impressive and truly added to the overall dining experience.
But the sea bass was just one part of the overall experience. The service was excellent from start to finish, with the waitstaff being attentive, friendly, and professional. They were knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations. The overall ambiance of the restaurant was elegant and sophisticated, and it truly added to the overall dining experience.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Wintergarten restaurant and I must say that it was an outstanding experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and attended to our every need. Despite our limited German, the staff were fluent in English and made communication a breeze.
The highlight of our dining experience was the Sommelier lady, who was extremely knowledgeable and helped us choose the perfect wine to accompany our meal. She was patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had an unforgettable dining experience.
We were also pleasantly surprised by the complimentary starters that the restaurant offered us. It was a very thoughtful gesture and we appreciated it very much.
Although we were initially disappointed to learn that the restaurant did not serve deer meat at the time of our visit, the alternative menu items were just as delicious and expertly prepared.
Overall, I highly recommend the Wintergarten restaurant to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience in Baden-Baden. The service, food, and atmosphere were all top-notch, and I cannot wait to return. Thank you, Wintergarten, for an unforgettable evening!

Best meal & service in Germany! We did the ala carte lunch. Had the duck pithivier, the mushroom risotto & the saddle. Extensive wine list, and wonderful service. Highly recommend!

Atmosphere was perfect. Decorations were beautiful.
Lettuce salad was amazing as was the risotto.
The duck was cooked perfectly but overly sauced which made the plate soggy.
The sides didn’t bring anything to the dish and the black and brown purées were off putting (too salty).
The pork dish was good but the highlight was the sauce.
Our waitress (Charlotte) was nice and very attentive.

What a joke this place is. They try so hard to make you feel like you are a fancy person living in 1970, but in return you pay 12€ for a camomile tea and 45€ for a regular main course (which was quite nice, but just like every other hotel restaurant). The waiter was so friendly to tell me that the reason why the teas were that expensive was because the tea pots cost 350€. Maybe, but just maybe, if they were to invest in cutlery from this century they could price their tea accordingly to its value. As much as they would love to – this is not the Ritz!
