Exceptional Dining experience at UMA! We are both gluten-sensitive, and the chef went out of his way to provide us with a memorable dinner. One of the best in Europe so far! The four-course meal was a perfect balance of flavors and unique twists (the Snickers dessert was insane). Note that the menu changes often. So grateful to have found a gluten-free fine dining restaurant! Thank you, UMA!

We really enjoyed our dinner at Uma. The service was impeccable. They were very friendly and accommodating to our dietary requirements. Everything was delicious. The presentation was beautiful. The courses were freshly made for us and were brought with plenty of time to take our time to finish each course and savor every bite. We would definitely recommend it.

The offer some of the vegetarian starters as mains as well which I thought was great.

We had a wonderful dinner at Restaurant Uma this evening. We ordered the set menu and each dish was exquisitely presented. The flavors blended perfectly and each dish was delicious. I ordered the scallop appetizer, black cod, pork entree and coconut dessert. Service and wine were over the top. Highly recommended for any occasion! We’ll be back!

Overall ,the environment is good, and the service is ok. We ordered two main dishes and two appetizers. The appetizers were truffle sauce with salmon and pumpkin sauce with goose. To be honest, the taste was amazing, only the measure of a single slice is too small. So when I taste it , there is only the taste of sauce. And the main dishes we ordered grilled salmon and fried chuck. The taste of the fish is ok but the the chuck is not well done, I think their Iberian pork will be better.

We both had the menu and the food was very good! Especially enjoyed the ceviche! The paired wines were good, although some didn’t work with the dishes they were eaten with. I felt the service was a little disappointing, given that the place has such potential, the waiters should interact more with the customers to create a complete dining experience

Overall the place and the environment is great. Very nice setting and decor for sure. The service is ok but I am confused that even though the food also taste great with fusion feel but some dish is a bit too fusion too many ingredients for my liking. What really surprised me was that the server didn’t explain what I ordered. Just kind of threw the plate in front to me and walked away for alllll courses!! The restaurant could be on its way to receiving Michelin start but if they don’t improve on the food explanation, I do not think a star will come their way.

This is now one of my favourite restaurants, discovered by chance while walking in the neighbourhood. The food is truly outstanding here, I’ve tasted ingredients I never had before which is what that kind of establishment is all about too. The menu in the pic below dates back from the end of March 2025, fyi.
The service is excellent, looking after you throughout the meal. I really can’t fault it, it’s one of those rare places where everything just comes together somehow to offer you an unforgettable experience.
The subdued and beautiful decor is also a big part of the appeal of the place. Can’t wait for my next visit.

Amazing experience. This place feels like going to a Michelin star restaurant, the quality of the food was one of the best we have ever had and the chef’s creativity is a real talent. The service was also enjoyable, professional enough whilst not making the customer feel slightly uncomfortable (which can sometimes happen in some restaurants). The atmosphere of the restaurant is also incredible, a mix of modern and classic with the apparent brick walls, lovely art on the walls, lamp on each table which makes it feel very cosy and some lovely modern music. The decor gives the restaurant a slight New York vibe which is lovely.
Probably one of the best restaurants in Brussels.
