Had the best experience at Tularosa in Lasalle ! Firstly the hostess greeting us so nice. Food was exceptional!! Authentic Mexican food !! I can’t complain one bit ! Awesome ! They make their own chips and the avocado dip is out of this world! Thk you I will definitely bring my family here !!

My mom and I had a great dinner at Tularosa a couple of weeks ago. The quesabirria tacos are some of the best I’ve had in the city! The desserts and drinks were also fantastic- good value for the price. Service was fantastic as well. We weren’t rushed at all (which is rare nowadays) and we were made to feel really welcome. We’ll definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others!

Delicious traditional dishes full of flavours. Never eat nachos as good as them, the extra special spices make those nachos incredibly special. Nice ambiance, music not to loud so you can chat without screaming. Friendly staff. Definitely my favorite new place

We showed up early, around 4:30. There were not too many people there yet. We ordered our drinks, appetizer, and food all at once. Drinks were good and served quickly. Guacamole and chips took a while to come out. Guacamole was very tasty but the chips had a lime seasoning that was very sour and overpowering. Steak fajitas were super chewy and bland. The birria tacos were pretty tasty. It was disappointing that the menu online was not the menu we were presented – lots of stuff missing that we wanted to try instead. We asked for a side of rice, but the waiter informed us that they didn’t have time to make any today… service wasn’t terrible.. I imagine when it’s busy it will take even longer to get your food. I had called earlier in the day to make reservations since their website is awful, and nobody ever called me back to confirm.

First time there but definitely won’t be the last. Food was delicious and the cocktails omg were the bomb. Disappointed they didn’t have the deep fried ice cream but the deep fried cheesecake was amazing. Our waitress Maggie was awesome. I highly recommend Tularosa.

Being Mexican, I can tell the food is really good with an extended variety of dishes and drinks. Prices are reasonable and the amount of food is good too.
Service was gentle and friendly.
Parking lot available just beside the restaurant.

This place is a hidden gem, a little hard to get to but quite worth the effort. The food is tremendous and the service is A1. Can’t recommend it enough. Give it a try and you won’t regret it

First impression was very good, nice free nachos with home made sauces. When received our plates all look very good, fajitas very tasty, gave only 3 tortillas, asked for 2 more and told me it’s3$ extra… Chicken nacho were tasty but saugy and little too spicy at my taste, hot dog was very good. They deserve 5 stars on certains aspect but 3 on others. So ended at 4 .
Will probably give then another go if I pass by, as they are out of my normal area.

As promised, we’ve been here nearly every week since you opened. Laurie and Kevin are awesome at making you feel at home. So great to have them at the bar, the drink selection is fantastic.
The food is A.MA.ZING. They started with a smaller menu focused on lesser known true Mexican authentic dishes. Now a bigger menu that includes some more familiar items, BUT nothing Tex-mex run-of-the-mill about it. As we work our way through the menu (I’ll be updating this post with more photos), each dishes is full of flavor, authentic and most amazingly YOU DONT FEEL OVERLY FULL as you do in some Mexican places.
Loved the chimichangas, the rice is really special and it’s the first refried beans we actually liked. The tacos are great, you really feel like you’re eating real street food.
We can’t recommend this place enough and so glad to have you back in our neighborhood!!
I’m thinking next week you’ll find us on the patio, it’s time!!
