We visited the restaurant after many years and it was very disappointing.
Atmosphere: The tablecloth was dirty and the restaurant was so cold that after 1 hour our feet were freezing. When I mentioned to the person in charge, he said it is also cold outside.
Food: The samosas were cold, the curries were ok but not worth the price you pay.

During my trip from Birmingham to Switzerland this was the best place I ate the best food and met the best people in whole Switzerland. Their hospitality was next level. After knowing my ethnicity, they themselve prepared some lamb dish as per my taste which was one of the best I ever had. They were really friendly and hospitable. This is one of the rare halal restaurant in the area. Also, the way from Baden train station to Taj Mahal Restaurant is not less than adventure. I would highly recommend this place.

Nice restaurant but a little apart from central Baden – it’s actually in EnnetBaden. Food is nice and generally tastes from the Indian Subcontinent and not much from India itself – you may know the difference of what this means.

We ordered food from here, not only was the delivery very very late (almost waited 2 hours) the delivery person promised to come back and make it up to us. Empty promises. But that’s not the worst part. The Butterchicken and the Chicken Tikka was not authentic at all, just some spices mixed with tomato ketchup/ tomato sauce.

We ordered the Biryani and Tandoori Grill. Unfortunately, the Biryani rice and meat were undercooked, and the grill platter did not include fish as listed on the menu. Additionally, parts of the meat were completely burnt. The ambiance was not as pleasant as we had hoped, especially for a family visit. On a positive note, we really enjoyed the tea at the end of our meal. While the restaurant has been around for a while, our overall experience was disappointing.
