Das Restaurant gehört zur Hotelfachschule und ein Teil des Personals sind StudentInnen, was aber keinesfalls gestört hat. Im Gegenzug ist das Menü (es gibt nur eines und keine sonstige Auswahl) sehr günstig. Die Preis-Leistung ist fantastisch, woanders würde dasselbe doppelt soviel kosten. Essen auf hohem Niveau und trotzdem genügend grosse Portionen, so dass man am Ende des Abends genug hat. Der Service war sehr angenehm und das Ambiente ebenfalls.
