I was fortunate to get a table without a booking as it was quite busy. The staff were very friendly and calm.
The menu had a wide variety of styles of dishes which made choosing quite hard. Although I will definitely return as there’s dishes I’m still keen to try.
The decor is in theme with historic references all around and even in the menu.

When visiting Germany in 2019, I visited this restaurant and had an incredible meal without knowing it was the same restaurant my parents had their first date in 1988. I recently got the chance to revisit (now 2024) with my family and it is still the same beautiful restaurant with delicious food located in the heart of Darmstadt. My parents said it still looked very similar. Everyone’s food was wonderful and the beer was fresh. Highly recommend the lamb shank and schnitzel bolognese. Our waitress was also very attentive and friendly!

I was visiting family, and wanted to try something nice. My wife found this place and it has to be one of the best places I have eaten in Europe since we moved to Denmark from the US. All steaks and meat dishes were expertly made and rivaled some of the best steakhouses in the U.S. and beats most places in Denmark and Bulgaria.
The service was absolutely exceptional, everyone was nice and helpful. We were with my kids and they took care of them so well with activities to do and great kid friendly food choices.
Honestly just wonderful all around, I highly recommend this place for s nice meal but also family friendly.

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food quality was excellent, truly some of the best we’ve had in a long time.
The service was what made our visit truly special. Our waiter, Ehsan, was exceptional. Not only did he provide timely and professional service, but he also went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome. He was incredibly kind to our son, offering him free ice cream, which absolutely made his day. Additionally, Ehsan brought toys for our son to play with, allowing us to enjoy our meal peacefully—a thoughtful touch that we greatly appreciated.
Another server, Ivan, was equally fantastic. He also interacted kindly with our son and even took a moment to play with him when he had some free time. It’s rare to find such genuine care and friendliness in customer service.
The restaurant itself is spacious, with plenty of seating options, making it perfect for families and gatherings. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, and it’s clear that they prioritize creating a great experience for all their guests.
