This is a classic pho restaurant that’s been around for years. They always provide good value for the price you pay. We had the crispy noodles and it was tasty. However it was a bit on the salty side for me. We also had the grilled chicken and beef rice. The quality of the meat was good. This dish wasn’t too spicy and it came with a vegetable spring roll. It was good overall. The service is fast and friendly. Take note that they are CASH ONLY. There’s an ATM inside the restaurant though. They also have free parking but it fills up pretty quickly during busy hours.

The pho had a deep, flavorful broth with tender slices of beef and plenty of fresh herbs and garnishes—exactly how pho should be.
The grilled meat over rice was outstanding: perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, and topped with green onions and sesame seeds. The spring roll was crispy, and the fresh vegetables added a great balance to the dish.
Everything tasted fresh, well prepared, and satisfying.

Been coming here for at least 15 years and the service is awful. The staff is always rushing you, and they always treat customers like garbage, lucky they have a following. I always order the beef ragout and the lady informed me they don’t have on weekends even though I’ve ordered it many times on weekends, suggested something else when I said I was leaving and I said no thanks and left and they cussed me out. Food quality has gone down too. Make a MAPAQ report.

The pho itself is very good. The flavor is excellent and that’s honestly the main reason I keep coming back.
Unfortunately, the service is consistently poor. From the moment you arrive, you feel pressured to order quickly, eat fast, and leave as soon as possible. There is a strong impression that customer service has been forgotten in favor of maximizing turnover and revenue.
Simple requests, like asking for more water, are met with annoyance and sometimes ignored altogether. On top of that, tipping is demanded in a very rude and uncomfortable way, which completely ruins the experience.
It’s a shame because the food deserves better service. Good flavor alone doesn’t make up for feeling unwelcome and rushed.

The service at this restaurant was unsatisfactory. I was required to sit between two tables, even though many other seats were available. The staff were discourteous and provided no assistance. In addition, a mandatory tip was enforced, and only cash payments were accepted. Diners should consider these factors before visiting.

**i’d highly recommend pho nam which is 2 min of walk right across the street!! I’m not usually someone who leaves reviews, but today’s visit was really disappointing. I come to this place often, and I’ve never experienced service like this. The server was rude and unprofessional from the start.
We told one of the staff members that we were ready to order, and she said our waiter would be right with us. Even after we waved at him, he ignored us. When he finally came over, he had an attitude and responded in a very unprofessional and irrelevant way. We made a simple request, something I’ve swapped many times before, and instead of explaining why it supposedly couldn’t be done, he gave us attitude again.
He told us he would be back, but instead he took other people’s orders, cleaned tables, set up new ones, and even stopped to chat with other customers. It was clear he chose to make us wait and feel uncomfortable. After waiting another 10 minutes and realizing it wasn’t an accident, my friend and I decided to leave. The whole experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

The broth was great. I had Enough noodles but I feel the protein could have been more. I had the Large grilled chicken Pho with the spring rolls.. I did not like then though they were NOT freshly made.
Service is a bit stiff
Beware the ONLY TAKE CASH…which is super wierd to me and probably why I’m giving them 3 stars

I was so disappointed by the Bò kho Beef Stew today. Greasy stock, (look at how much grease I took out), carrots were lightly boiled and put in the stew. Why in the world would they change the recipe like that and who would want to have bland slightly boiled carrots in the soup ??!! Will never order Bò Kho again.
