Second time visiting! Want to start by saying the food was outstanding! The focaccia, the butter, the carpaccio, ahi tuna, flounder, and souffle .. all outstanding! The service was a touch lacking, no real introduction ( are we celebrating something tonight? have you dined here before? Id be happy to answer any question you have or offer some house favorite recs). None of that. Very to the point. I asked about a drink being shaken or served on the rocks and received the wrong answer but the cocktails were still very good. I had to ask for the dinner specials after they asked us if we were ready to give our order, i was seated ten minute before we were given water, limited teamwork in the bar area, Service just seemed a little unmatched for the dining, also the food runner seemed confused we were splitting the dish as well as the order of the appetizer versus salad. Also, i want to point out that the tv in the bar area had a lot of bizarre things on including Steve Harvey, Erika Kirk Town Hall and a Harrison Ford Indiana Jones movie. Almost sort of comical. We really started getting into that movie mid way through dinner. So maybe thats a plus thought i probably wouldve stuck w the Heisman trophy presentation LOL. The pastry chef delivered our dessert and it was sensational as always and shes real passionate about her profession. (but I was the one who had to speak up and order the soufffle early and suggest coffee bc i have dined there before i know how long it takes to get the special souffle). i will try matthews in san marco next. ** I also want to say the service improved once things became less busy around 8:30 pm.

Such a great experience at Restaurant Medure! We were in the private room and had amazing service from Polo—kind, sweet, and incredibly attentive. He’s been with the restaurant for 13 years, and it truly shows. His experience, warmth, and genuine care made the night feel extra special. If you can, definitely request Polo.
The espresso martini was top 5 I’ve ever had. I asked for it slightly sweet and it was perfect. The banana bread martini was good but a little too sweet for me. The wine list was also great—we enjoyed two different delicious red wines with dinner.
We started with the beef carpaccio, escargot, and the Ono special, and everything was fantastic. I’m not usually a seafood person, but I really enjoyed the Ono. For dinner, I had the beef tenderloin, and the Dauphinoise potatoes were absolutely out of this world.
For dessert, we had the warm apple cobbler and the soufflé of the evening—both were great, but nothing tops a warm cobbler with ice cream on top. The apple cobbler was hands down my favorite.
Overall, an amazing night from start to finish. I can’t wait to go back, see Polo again, and try more of the menu!

Amazing dinner for my wife for Mother’s Day. The service was great, and the atmosphere, while loud, didn’t feel overwhelming. The drinks were superb, and we got the meatloaf and pork chop which are amazing. The crab cake was good size and very good and we finished with the mixed berry cobbler. Order it early since it takes a while to make.
Overall we were satisfied and it was a beautiful evening.

Update , another great experience at Medure amazing service and food. We sat at the chefs table and Clare our server was friendly and helpful, the desert chef was very knowledgeable and friendly as well great experience.
Delicious food and drinks. Definitely a place to go if in Ponte Vedra beach. Chris our server was a delight. The beverage director Nicholas made sure we were fully taken care of. All around an awesome experience.

What a wonderful restaurant! Food is incredible, well thought out and creative! We sat at the bar which was open to the kitchen and very entertaining. The pastry chef Marina made a chocolate Soufflé that was out of this world and our server Claire took great care of us! We can’t wait to come back!

Thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful dinner with a party of seven, friends and family. The entire staff from the owner to managers and servers were very welcoming and quickly made the experience a great one.
The menu items were creative, tasteful, and well-prepared. I thoroughly enjoyed the rack of lamb and the chocolate souffle, and everyone in our party kept complimenting their choices as well.
There is also an extensive wine list with selections we really enjoyed. A great restaurant with great people, and a place to revisit frequently!

My favorite place to eat. The food is so flavorful. Every bite is an adventure, with flavors complementing each other, yet standing out. Never a boring menu. Nice cocktails and great wine list. Service is the cherry on top. Paolo is the best.
