Very fine sophisticated food. Quite creative. My half cooked tuna was unfortunately a bit overcooked, but it was still tasty. I told the waiter and they offered a wonderful homemade digestive to make up for it.
The service was outstanding.

The food was exceptional! The rock fish soup was rich and bursting with flavor, while the ceviche with leche de tigre sauce was vibrant and refreshing. The standout was the grilled tuna, perfectly complemented by a velvety carrot puree and a house-made spicy carrot pesto that brought exquisite balance to the dish.
The service was great as well, with staff patiently guiding us through the menu. We had a truly pleasant dining experience!

Friendly, expensive. Food is overal good, but not everything was ideal, i.e. was unevenly salted, some thyne twigs found their way onto the plate …

So far our favorite restaurant here in Bonifacio. We were attracted when we walked by and saw them putting a torch to a big wheel of Parmesan cheese. Went by the next day to make reservations and asked what it was. If you order the linguine dish for €26 the heat up the Parmesan throw your pasta in it and serve it with prosciutto pinenuts and fig. It was fabulous! My wife had the seafood Bouillabaisse which she enjoyed. We had breaded mussels in butter as an appetizer which is a must. Enjoy a bottle of wine as well. The service was exceptional. They spoke English and explain the menu in detail. The menu isn’t that extensive but it has a good variety of choices. I would recommend visiting this place if you have the chance.

We were in Bonifacio on our wedding anniversary and asked at tourist information to recommend a good fish restaurant, one of which was Les Quatre Vents. We arrived a bit late but Alexander said they could still serve us. We chose a whole bonito which was then beautifully cooked and served. We had lovely desserts, coffee and drinks. By the end of the meal all the staff had gone leaving restaurateur Alexander to look after us. He was friendly and relaxed and we enjoyed a fabulous anniversary lunch. Would certainly hope to go back one day.

A truly unforgettable dining experience! Les Quatre Vents in Bonifacio is an absolute must-visit. The moment we stepped onto the terrace, we were captivated by the stunning harbor views. The service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff.
But the real star of the show was the food. Every dish was a masterpiece, showcasing the freshest local ingredients. From the delicate seafood starters to the perfectly cooked main courses, each bite was pure bliss. The wine list was extensive and offered the perfect complement to our meal.
We can’t wait to return to Les Quatre Vents on our next trip to Corsica!
Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved every second! Adam in particular is an absolute gem, the friendliest service you could ask for and the nicest people on the floor. 10/0 for food as well! Definitely will come again!

Great restaurant on the harbour, away from the more touristic ones. The place is very nice looking with a good view of the kitchen on one side and of the pier on the other. The staff is very nice and the food is amazing. If you like fresh fish, daily fish catch is available (the smallest fish when we went was 600g…) and their is a fresh, organic fish (sea bass) a la carte. The chestnut cake is worth coming back. Strongly recommend!
