Efficient restaurant with views over the port and gluten free options marked with a * on the menu or pointed out by the waiter on the menu du midi (€16.50 for 2 courses) which contained at least one option for each course. Also a vegetarian option of stir fried veggies with fries and a tasty sauce a bit like carrot & coriander soup. The others enjoyed the gluten free pork on skewer with fries (on the a la carte menu) and a crème brûlée. Around €65 for 3 meals and drinks.

My mother had the temerity to ask if we could have a drink on the terrace. She never received an answer to that question because a member of staff bellowed at her, from a seated position well inside the restaurant interior, that the place wasn’t open until midday. She didn’t ask what time they opened.
He repeated it again, in a similar style, and then a third time in English (I don’t know why he did this, my mother speaks French). Read into this incident what you will and draw your own conclusions.

A restaurant that tries to be original in its menu and succeeds. Worth a visit. Great to combine with a visit to the port of Saint Goustan.
