Beef lovers in Geneva must go to this place.. no alternative to this one. Excellent beef in whiskey flambé. Crazy flavour and excellent meat.. it’s Michelin level taste in a very casual way. If you didn’t eat here you didn’t need like this in your life. Unforgettable experience of food. A must go place and you will love your life more

What a NICE SURPRISE!! The place is not in the center by any means and doesn’t have a fancy entry .. but the atmosfer and food is outstanding especially the food .. their signature La Potence “ Flambee au Whisky’’ paired with glass of Domaine Des Abeilles Dor Chouilly was the best piece of meat we had in a long time !!!!

Excellent from start to finish!
Started with the sherry consumme which had a great depth of flavour that you’d hope from a consumme. It was perfectly balanced with the sherry. Enough to give you a nice hit of sherry but right on the edge, anymore and it would feel overpowered but they nailed it
The steak flambé was as good as a meal I’ve had. Juicy tender pieces of steak but with this beautiful char on the outside. They offered five condiments but I only cared for two. The butter and pepper sauce. It was recommended to mix the two and I recommend the same!
The service was warm and attentive. It was also a nice tough being greated and served by the chef. I was just staying the night at a Geneva airport hotel but I’m glad I walked across the park to visit. I’ll remember my visit for a long time. Can’t recommend enough. The food and atmosphere is all you can ask for from a restaurant

Great little restaurant with some great tasting food. The atmosphere is very rustic European like. The staff are friendly and courteous and are able to speak English. Prices are what you’d expect for a restaurant.

Stumbled across this gem whilst looking for a restaurant for a pre flight dinner near GVA. We were short of time so took the chef’s advice and went for their signature dish – steak flambéed with whisky. We were not disappointed! Quite literally the best steak we have eaten in years. Wonderful theatre at the table too. Service was rapid but not rushed . A fabulous meal and highly recommended!

We were staying fir two nights at the Hilton Geneva Airport and we decided to try “Le Grizzly”. What a treat ! The famous “hangman flambé “ is fantastic. The meat top quality beef filet cooked at perfection and excellent selection of sauces. Nice wine selection and super kind and professional staff. A must if you are in the area.

The meat was good. I looked at other review that where bad and ignored them, please don’t do the same, extremely over priced, when you go by yourself and ask for the meat you get a proper portion but when you go with two or three people they basically do the same portion of food as one person but they add an extra pineapple on top and call it for a plate for three people. Don’t go not worth it, 223 euros for three people and the portion of one. Don’t waste your money
