La jeune femme a fait ses armes au Chambard à Kaysersberg et à la Maison Troisgros à Roanne. First and foremost, the service was exceptionally warm and attentive. Our waiter treated us wonderfully from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Whenever we didn’t understand something on the menu, he immediately pulled out his phone to show us photos – so thoughtful and helpful.

We ordered the Perfect Egg, and it really lived up to its name. If we had one more day in town, we would have gone back just for that dish.
For our mains, we had the steak and the sweetbreads – both were outstanding. The steak came with crispy potatoes that we simply couldn’t stop eating.
Dessert was a lemon pie with white chocolate, and it was excellent.
