After church, I visited this restaurant and was pleased with the meal. The chips and salsa were tasty, and the red sauce added to the flavor. I ordered the three tacos meal, which was delicious, and the rice was very good. I plan to come back. It’s noteworthy that the owner of this restaurant is my friend Miguel’s mother.

We came to town at 8am from Tyler, and I was craving tacos. We stopped, ordered the birria tacos and I’m addicted. I usually got to Ruby’s but I dare say it… This place topped her tacos. Everything about them were amazing. I will be making the 45 min round trip drive just to order more food from here! My all time favorite tacos were at a village in Playa, and these are second best to the village tacos we got in Mexico from an old Grandma who was cooking on the porch, seen I was hung over, made me a drink I still don’t know what it was to this day, and fed me tacos.

Very cute little place, appeared to be family owned-run. Looks like they just opened in January. The atmosphere was nice and quiet, and they were all very friendly. Served delicious authentic Mexican food and had a little store with Mexican items on the side with real Mexican candy.
