I ate here on a dark and very cold January night by myself. The service was flawless, warm, and welcoming. I had a delicious chicken soup and a beef with basil dish, as well as a hot cup of ginger tea,made with fresh ginger root. Everything was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic Thai food here, the best Thai restaurant out of the handful I’ve visited in Amsterdam by some mile. Portions are generous and ask for more chilli if you like and they’ll be happy to oblige, friendly waiting staff and very clean with an open kitchen which I personally always find reassuring. Even the kitchen staff will give you a smile and a wave as you enter and leave. This is a hidden gem situated down a quiet street away from all the hustle and bustle and tourists in the city centre. It’s a beautiful walk along the canals to the restaurant on the quieter side of town, highly recommend whether you’re a resident or just visiting for the weekend.

Located in one of those typical small streets in the heart of Amsterdam, this is one of the best Thai restaurants I have tried out. If you are into really Thai spicy food, this is the place to try. Variety of traditional recipes are available; Curry, Wok, noodles, or fried rice menus are simply delicious! Great service, friendly people, and attentive folks.

My wife and I both got the four-course set menu. I asked the waitress to select my choices and it was the best Thai I have ever had. The chocolate dessert at the end was also superb. Exceptional food. Fresh, full-bodied flavors.

How does this place not have at least 4.8 stars. This is hands down the best thai food I’ve had. I order the pad prik ging and this chicken app that was chicken wrapped in some of of leaves. I forgot the name but my goodness. All were delicious. Once I saw the fresh keffir lime leaves in the pad prik ging, I just knew I was in the right place. The dish is beautifully aromatic and delivers good spice! I’m coming back to Amsterdam for a real vacation and will add this to my must return to list.

After having various forms of burgers and fries, my wife and I wanted moderately healthy ethnic food. After doing a quick Yelp search, we came across Kinnaree Thai Cuisine. With appetites and no reservation, we made the short walk to the restaurant.
Upon arriving, we were greeted by an employee who instructed us that we could select our own seating (the restaurant was fairly empty at the time). We placed orders for the following: Two glasses of wine, spring rolls, Pad Prik Ging (my wife), and the Pad Bai Kraprao (myself). Roughly 15 minutes later our food arrived looking real delicious (we would later discover that it lived up to its appearance). My wife and I were so pleased with our meals that we were intentionally eating slow as not to finish it too quickly (I’m guilty of quickly devouring delicious food). By the way, the two chili peppers spice rating is pretty accurate…make sure that you have a glass of water nearby.
I highly recommend Kinnaree Thai Cuisine!

Excellent Thai restaurant in the Jordaan neighborhood. Friendly service and very authentic Thai food. Will be back on our next trip and definitely recommended.
